“This review is specifically for the Vice president of the downtown Frederick branch, Mary Berry (hope I spelled that right). I went in yesterday with an online problem I've been dealing with and could not figure out how to fix for awhile. Mary was professional, kind, and completely fixed the problem. It may not seem like a big deal, but it was a big stress reliever when she went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Thanks again Mary!Adam Sullivan”
“Customer since early 2000's with PNC and no complaints. I very rarely use the branch now as you can do most things in the app or ATM, but when I do the staff have always been friendly.”

“First time I went to this location for my urgent loan business and did not have any issues. The lady (Nadia) was very helpful and greeted me respectfully. Manage to complete my business fast on that same day. This location can be very packed and busy during peak hours so I understand why some of the other reviewers are frustrated with the service. Advise to come early morning, right when they open.”

I often feel like a burden to some tellers but even in situations where they can't help me, I always feel respected and valued as a customer here.”

I needed every single one of my deposited checks from 2019 printed, and upon finding out that I would need to pay for each one individually if that request was entered into the system, she spent over 24 hours completing it herself so that I would not be charged.
