Bob and company did a great job as always and I can't say enough about the wealth of knowledge Bob has and I always go away with a complete understanding of whatever problem my car was having at the time. 5 stars all the way!

As always Mid Valley Auto provides me with the best quality parts and exceptional quality service. They always go the extra mile to make sure my vehicle is road ready. I am now retired and spend a fair amount of time driving between two homes. I am always confident that my trips will be without incident. Hats off to Bob, James and the entire Mid Valley team. I would recommend this business without reservations.

Bob and his crew are as good as they come. Very trustworthy, prompt service and reasonable rates. Won't take my vehicle anywhere else.

Customer service is horrible!!!!!! A bigger white man, glasses & hat yelled, and I mean yelled at me! I was getting a slushee, the machine was making a funny noise, and he yelled at me from the front and said "can't you see it doesn't f****** work", I ran out, told my mom and started crying. My mom went in and said something, then he proceeded to cuss and yell at my mom. I have never encountered such an ignorant person!
