The staff is so rude. I have never received such terrible customer service in my life. This site is worthy of a zero star review and I cannot give it that because the lowest is one. They never answer the phone and their online schedule is outdated. The clerks are very incompetent and make you feel like you are asking favors of them.

I yes when to this western union. The. Ours of operation. Says sunday closed at. 7:00 pm. When I went to the door it was 6:35 was closed ready and the worker was in side talking each other

The tellers are rude and rather than help they tell you go elsewhere. When I asked for a manager at first I was told the manager was it for the day, only to later be told there is no manager. When I ask for the store identifying information I was denied and told look it up on Google. By far the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

DO NOT go to the cell phone place over there. Chose a $100 phone and AFTER switching the service, the cashier said 'that will be $120.' I asked if tax was 20% there and she they are 'not allowed to sell just the phone,' so they charge $15 to switch to the new phone. I said it's not fair to add charges without telling and started to walk out. She BEGGED me, that she will get in trouble because she already switched the service. I gave in and took out my credit card. She asked why I didn't have cash, that they don't accept cards. I showed her the sign on the counter that said "Discover, Mastercard, Visa." I was ready to walk again- 30 minutes in- as she begged and then called her boss to approve using a card. Two hours, and 6 installed apps later, I get a message: no more space on the phone. I did everything and checked online- no solutions. The phone they sold me is probably poorly partitioned. As a result in only has 1.5GB of usable phone space. Not enough. I go back to return the phone. Was there for 2 hours as they tried to fix it (which they can't because it is improperly partitioned). The clerk sees the thing cannot take more than a few apps before running out of space. The manager, Elizabeth, refuses to grant a refund. She is willing to exchange, but all the have are off-brand phones and that means I am stuck with that same place to do business. DO NOT GO THERE.
