That place sucks! Those ladies needs to be removed from the office. The most disgusting customer service ever. Never going back to the office again .

Older lady with crooked teeth has a terrible attitude. Instead of helping or speaking in a tone that assists customers, she rather talk down to you and make the process more complicated than it has to be. Honestly go to the Brentwood office because the people over there are lovelier in personality and on the outside. I only went to this location because I came out of work late, but nope, should’ve known to never come back after always skipping this location for over 10 years. Do better please, took everything out of me to not get out character for such a terrible attitude that is well deserving of an attitude right back.

This is a great post office. Clean, spacious, organized. The woman who helped me was professional, efficient, and friendly. I will be making this my go-to post office.

No Customer services and very rude. I’ve been here twice. Once to ask questions and second to try and renew my passport. Both ladies (w/dreads) had a very condescending tone from the start. Both were very dismissive as if they didn’t want to be bother.

The phone experience is terrible! It’s like the robot on the phone can’t comprehend very well at. I just want to speak with a person not a bot that repeats itself. So many unanswered questions. Overall terrible experience.

No longer a good experience -- choose another local branch. Appears to now be run like a small business where the lead employees get to make their own rules, as opposed to a federally operated service. I arrived prior to closing, but the door was already locked and was turned away without even a polite explanation as to why they would be closing early. I'll be reporting my experience to the USPS complaints as well.

This used to be “the good post office” and I’ll still give it a couple stars for convenient parking spaces around back and the fact that it was actually open during its posted business hours, unlike the Gallatin St. location in Hyattsville. However the employee was pretty rude to me- no hello/thanks/have a good day, and told me to hit “no” on the keypad instead of asking if the package was liquid/fragile/etc; and also rude to the customer ahead of me (who was not a native English speaker and just seemed to misunderstand her initial question). Also even though there is plexiglass between the customers and the employee, I was not happy to see that the employee wasn’t wearing a mask. I decided not to buy any of the stamps that I’d originally wanted to get and just left after mailing my package.

The Postmaster, Mrs. Addison is always very helpful! She walked me through my entire first visit and made everything crystal clear. Since then, every time I see her, I notice she always has a pleasant, upbeat attitude. You can tell she really loves her job as well as her customers and because this post office is small, it really feels like family.
