do not trust this location! our company has a contract with this location and every time we leave our personal car there for 2-3 hours. Today they watched our car get stolen and did nothing to defend their customer!!! They just sat in front of the door and watched.

Very friendly and efficient service with great follow up. Truck was clean and spacious and and good instruction as to the management/ maintenance occurred before the rental. I previously used a better known company and after feedback from friends And due to suboptimal customer service with that other company I left that company and have never looked back!

We had a great experience renting a truck for a cross-country move at this location! The employee that we interacted with on 12/18 and 12/19 was very helpful and had a truck ready for us! He reviewed the things we needed to know to drive the truck. He even agreed to let us come back the next day to pick up our car carrier (since having it attached would make the truck more difficult to load with our belongings).He seemed to really care about the people renting trucks and went out of his way to be as helpful as possible. Moving is a stressful process already - it was nice to have such a positive experience renting our truck. My only regret is that I didn't ask for his name!

Unauthorized charges to my credit card and falsifying rental return information. I received a $60 charge on my credit card a full 10 days after I returned my truck, claiming I did not fill the tank. This location is literally right next to a gas station - why on earth would I subject myself to $8/gallon gas when I can fill it up 10 feet away?! Lying scoundrels taking advantage of an after hours drop off.
