“I've been going to this location for over a decade! It's got everything every other one has,this one is more organized and that is why I go back.the staff are cool,but just recently they moved the plug in items from the back of the store to the middle isle in the front AND you have to check the bag you walk in with at the front before being able to browse the store but otherwise it's a good family dollar.”

“Came here on Friday 4:26 24 at around 8:49 p.m. It doesn't matter which Big Lots I go to I get the same excellent customer service 10 star service and this door definitely made me feel welcomed, easy to find items and the manager here is absolutely incredible makes you feel like family. I am thankful that the consistency of all the Big Lots Remains the Same whether I go to Maryland, Virginia, Arizona, or California I know I will be treated with utmost respect and efficiency and you have excellent items that I never have to return. “Well, it’s COSTCO! This has pretty descent parking albeit not pretty during the holidays. It does have gas. The bakery has come through with nice cakes. The pharmacy staff is helpful. Nice beer selection that rotates in some smaller breweries. Of course the shocker in our region is that it sells hard alcohol.”

“I absolutely love this store. Everything is so inexpensive, not to be confused with cheap. They have everything from candy to tee shirt and from hullahoops to wireless ear buds. It's like a smaller big box store where you know exactly what the price won't be over.”
“The other day March 23, 2024 I gone to pickup my uniform and found the ropes and 1 line formed and a sign that say where to enter. Excellent! This way it will keep the confusion down. And I found a bag attached to my uniform when I got home. They found my bracelet in my pocket and bagged it for me. I had joy in my spirit. If there was a way I would tip the individual for an excellent job. Thank you Zip for excellent and professional and friendly environment. Thank you.”

“Leaving a “9” at the register wasn’t enough. I literally had to leave a Google review or I wasn’t going to sleep well tonight. Lol if this means anything: Emma and Cheyenne are EXCELLENT employees!!
I had a pretty specific pick up order with multiple quantities of the same items and not only did Emma pick out the items for me before they were ‘ready for pick up’ (I arrived before I got the email because I had other things to get), she catered to my in-person purchase as well.
Cheyenne offered to put my cart back but Emma didn’t hear her offer and grabbed it before I could respond. In addition to Cheyenne holding the door open for me as I was leaving. Elite customer service and teamwork, while they were the only 2 working on a busy holiday weekend!
I really felt like I didn’t have to do anything today except pay. Emma and Cheyenne are the sweetest, most patient, and warmest Five Below employees I have ever met. You all did well with selecting them for hire!”
