A 5-star service ?, very clean and serves you very kindly. It is good that they always call to make their appointment, especially the ladies because you know that it takes a little more time for their arrangements to be made. I recommend Deisy, she is my favorite.

I wouldn’t have written this review if it was the first time I was being disrespected.
I always take appointments because I respect their times, but today was the third time that despite having a week prior appointment, I was told you have to wait 3 hours to get the haircut. But they don’t respect your time.
At least Luis could call me before I get there that he have 3 people ahead of me and I would be okay waiting 3 hours for a haircut which had taken appointment a week ago.
They just want their money, no respect to you or your time at all.
POOR customer service and extremely bad Time management.
