“The prices are too high for everything. And I am not a fan that you guys made it more challenging to buy your products. Why did you leave Klarna? Many people in the Alexandria community does not want to or qualify for Citizen Pay. Please make it possible at least to make all payments online. That way, your consumers will have more options to pay. Besides the extremely steep prices, the staff is amazing. They are the only reason why I go to your store. They are very hard working, they work well together. Their communication is flawless, and there focus is more so building a relationship rather than an one off transaction. “Unfortunately, I'm across the country from them, but looking for a Wahoo Elemnt Roam 2, I stumbled acrosss them. They had the best price, making me google them for potentially being a scam but quickly realized they're a real LBS and read the great reviews so I pulled the trigger. Boy am I glad I did. Quick email confirming the sale and follow up with a tracking number indicating delivery the next Monday's. Well... it is the Friday before, and I just set up my Roam 2, which arrived early, well packaged and in perfect order. So, not only do I have a more comfortable ride but also about a 10% boost in cruising speed, along with more power for climbing hills. “Dropped off my 2008 road bike for some serious work (sticky shifter, in need of new bottom bracket, chain, cassette, chainrings, cables and housing, tires). Phil was very reasonable with the pricing and never tried to upsell me on any of the parts. Bike feels great and shifters are working like new. Nice attention to detail on the cabling. “Conte’s Arlington always has my back, and they’re the best local bike shop I could ask for! Ever, Sam, Jordan, and the rest of the crew are super friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. My most recent visit to the shop had me on a chase for missing frame specific components for a recent Pinarello frameset purchase, and true to form, Conte’s had all the parts I needed in stock. I was able to get my build completed and on the road! I trust Conte’s Arlington for all of my cycling related needs, and will recommend them to anyone!”

“This is a great place. I have a hybrid ebike conversion that needed a bottom backet replaced, new rear brake cable, brake and derailleurs adjusted. They (JIm and Rich) did all of the hard work and coached me through changing the brake cable to make sure that the work came out fantastic and only charged me $55 including parts! Be nice, follow their instructions and you'll get a lot out of this place and probably will learn some bike repair.”
