It is a shame that you have to give one star. I came to the Walmart to purchase a few items and return home on bedrest. After waiting in the outrageously long line to checkout, I noticed that two of my items were not the correct posted price. I finished checking out placed my other items into my vehicle to avoid being accused of stealing anything. Came back into the store and obtained pictures of the several identical items with the correct posted price tag located under them. The price tag says exactly what I purchased; therefore, I went to customer service to have the price properly adjusted. Micah proceeds to cut me off and tell me that the items were moved. He spoke very condescendingly to me as if I had moved them. Then, he raises his voice when I show him the picture and touches my phone claiming the pictured items were not the same. He is joined by Jon, who at the same time proceeds to tell me that the tag is for another item. I show them that the tag and the items are identical. Micah storms off saying very disrespectful things and voicing his stereotypical opinions of me as he goes off to tell another employee his problem with me. I ask for a Manager of the store and Jon states he is one of the Managers. He claims you can only get one for the correct price. I returned both and reported my issues to corporate. After, having to walk all the way back to where the items were and the Manager saw that the items were identical to the price tag but states I can get one then for the price because someone moved them. The tag is identical to the item but they are trying to claim the item is in the incorrect place. The Manager moves item besides the items I purchased, but leaves those items still in the same place. I do not know whether I was suppose to fall for that trick of moving the items besides the items that I purchased and leaving the items I purchased where they are because they are in the correct place. I will shop elsewhere because this Walmart is the worse at customer service, being respectful of others, and having products available (stocking the store; shelves are mostly bare). They treat disabled veterans and people of color with such disrespect. The Store Manager was there listening and never corrected either one of the employees' behavior. I do not believe they realize that if more people shop online to avoid this treatment, then they will not have jobs.

If I could score this location a zero, I would. At self-checkout, I'd realized a produce item's barcode was damaged, so I tried to get the attention of the "helper" for self check out. Instead of assisting me, I was belittled and spoken to like I was an idiot, in front of other customers, and my child. I understand it's Walmart and you probably hate your job, but your job IS customer service, and I was just trying to pay for my groceries.

The worst Walmart I have been to. The aisles are small and you have a bunch of entitled Karens blocking the aisle. These Karens are not looking where they're going and think they can do whatever the hell they want. I have been at lots of Walmart (most of them pretty crowded, but it's Walmart), but I'll take those over thing piece of crap. The self checkout line is always long. They barely have things at the store. The customers at the store are unbearable and just miserable #wtrash.

Perfect store and location for anything I need. The store always has whatever item I need in a convenient location. My son needed new shoes and my daughter needed makeup, and walmart had both! It's always clean and the workers are so nice. Favorite spot when i need something!

I bought a laptop here and needed to return it. When I took it back they accused me of pulling a sticker off it. They said it should have some sticker on it and that was missing. I told them I bought it from Walmart a few days ago and only had if on one time. They would only give me store credit so now I have to go buy hundreds of dollars of Walmart stuff since I can't have my money back. I'll use the store credit because I have too, but I wont go to the Mt Airy location. And I will NEVER buy anything expensive or electronic from any Walmart again. I was stupid to think they would be professional like other stores. The people who work in the return department were very unpleasant and unprofessional.

ZERO stars. This location welcomes blacks and HIspanics who SHOPLIFT with impunity, at felony levels. Cops never investigate them. Employees are CREEPY AF - country bumpkins with bad attitudes. Floor is always crowded with pallets and boxes, blocking aisles in a major way. AVOID this dump.

I have been a regular shopper here for 20 years. When I worked from home it was the highlight of my day, I'd pick up a few items as a break from work. But now I'm anxiously waiting for the Target to open in town. The reason? As a shopper who pops in for a handful of items a few times a week I rely on hand baskets. For years this store had few, I found myself hunting the checkout lines for an empty basket. I should not have to do that every time I visit this store. Now I don't even bother as I can't even find them there. I now shop at the Walmart in Frederick. I was told the reason is customers steal the baskets. Well I'm pretty sure the Food Lion or the Walmart in Owings Mills has the same issue but they simply purchase more as a service to their customers. This manager is obviously not interested in this so I'll shop elsewhere. Such a shame, I was there so often people working their recognized me and said hi. Not anymore.

Inventory is rarely replenished on anything other than clothes. Good luck finding a department manager or ANYONE that can help or knows anything about the store. Waited an hour at the sporting goods counter even AFTER asking someone for help. Store is in disarray but comes with plenty attitude. This is a management problem. Plain and simple. The brown stinky rolls up hill and this store is no exception. I used to work at a Walmart in FL. The manager was always out stocking shelves, cleaning, helping customers, making sure the store was running properly and the customers were attended to. I've lived here for 5 years and haven't seen the manager once. Drive the extra 25 minutes and go somewhere else.

This store has gone downhill the last few years. Rude employees if you can find any. Long lines and rarely anymore than 2 registers open. The parking lot is littered with potholes. Some of these potholes are in disabled parking. I've let the management know several times and they claim they can't do anything about it. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Never enough registers open Shelves are never stocked full When something is out of stock it takes forever to come in. Everyone should be trained on the registers, the lady in the pharmacy couldn’t ring up a gift card because she didn’t know how, so after standing in line at the pharmacy for 5+ minutes without acknowledgement I had to stand in another line for 10 minutes just for the gift card. The only reason I go to this Walmart is because of convenience

The checkout bagging in the spinning bag holder is terrible. We are always missing purchases when we get home if we purchase a large amount of items, like school supplies. When you are watching kids it would be nice if the cashier could make sure you leave with the bags they packed instead of some bags being left in the spinning bag holder. It is hard to see what bags have items sometimes when they put a few small items in a bag. Why does this happen to our family so often.
