Twin Ridge will make your automobile looking brand new. I have used them a few times in a ten year span. The drivers are bad out there and someone always seems to hit us and they are at fault. No worries, as Twin Ridge always takes care of us.

Highly recommend! I was so upset when I was rear ended in a brand new car but Twin Ridge was amazing. The office staff was amazing & their work impeccable. My car came back to be brand new again!

I need to fix my car after a lady drove into my car. The secretary was so rude to me after I asked her when the parts were coming in. She said we're not going to accept your car because you have lousy insurance! Mind you that 2 days earlier the guy from this shop told me he was ordering the parts. Who's in charge in this place that you have a secretary yell at customers?

I can't say enough good things about this body shop - I've used them several times over the years for a variety of reasons and I never got the feeling or sense that I was being oversold. As a woman I'm always hesitant to deal with repair shops because I have a paranoia that my ignorance is used against me but these guys are really top shelf, they deliver the car in awesome condition (even cleaner than what I had it!) and the ownership are really nice people. Definitely would recommend especially to that hesitant consumer like me!!

Truck was inspected for repairs on 9/20/2022. I was told that the parts are on national backorder. So I reached out to GM and they explained that they would assist in the process; however, Twin Ridge Collision Center refused to tell me or GM the name of the certified parts vendor that they placed the order with. I was at King Kia/GMC in Gaithersburg for another reason and asked them to look into my my case. I sent my estimate for repair over to them, 20 minutes later, I receive a call stating they will have my mirror this coming Tuesday. I am a 26 year Army Veteran and believe in American products, and local small business; however, on this day I learned a new lesson. The manager at Twin Ridge Collision Center is not, well I will leave it to you, but I will not be doing business with them. So be very selective on who you have perform your repairs.Service: Body & Trim

Iv have been hear twice to get body work done on my mustang. They did a GREAT JOB! I had to leave a reviewFirst it was my front bumper then my side skirt. In all honesty you can hardly tell that something was wrong. It looks like the accident never happened.Also the cost was very reasonable.definitely would recommend to family and anyone who need work to be done on there cars .Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience with Twin Ridge after someone hit me on my way to work. The first thing I noticed was the wonderful customer service from Debra. Its been a long time since I've encountered such a friendly front desk, of any kind. Needed to get my car checked out for an estimate for my insurance company. I both emailed and called and left a voicemail with my name and number. I have heard nothing from this business. I was trying to find a place in Mount Airy that was in my preferred network with me insurance but I will likely be going to Frederick since it has been well over 72 hours since I contacted them.
