My cat was in danger of dying from a urinary blockage and I was calling everyone to get affordable care for him. Taylorsville told me to just bring him in and we will help you, that they did, they worked with me, let me put a down payment down and they started his care immediately and surgery and saved my boys life. Meanwhile I hustled my butt off getting together the money for his vet bill, through gofundme me I raised $820, plus people zelled and cash app me, amazing strangers, friends and family. I owed that to Taylorsville because they were so good to me and my cat. Special thanks to Dr. Earp and Bailey for having so much understanding and compassion, and the rest of the staff , you are all great. With all of my heart God Bless all of you for saving my boy Falkor

Friendly and affordable (a rarity in our area). When our pets went to heaven, they sent us cards signed by the entire staff. We were very touched. Treatment wise, we are very happy with the doctors and services; we feel confident our pets will live long lives.

My recent visit to this place was nothing short of a disastrous experience that has left me appalled and disgusted with the level of incompetence and negligence displayed by this so-called veterinary facility.First, let's address the absolute failure to address the issues we brought our dog in for. Not only did the contracted doctor misidentify our male dog as female (despite having clear documentation of his correct gender), but the misdiagnosis of "allergies" and the prescription of a medication with severe side effects is unforgivable. We entrusted them with our pet's health, and they failed miserably.Despite sending detailed pictures highlighting our concerns prior to the visit, I had to play the role of a vigilant watchdog, pointing out the oversights that the contracted doctor seemed oblivious to. It took seeking a second opinion from another vet to discover that our dog was suffering from a fungal infection, not allergies as erroneously claimed by Taylorsville Vet Clinic. To add insult to injury, the vet spent an exorbitant 35 out of the 40-minute visit aggressively pushing unnecessary vaccinations. Despite my firm rejections, they prioritized their profit margins over the reason we sought their services in the first place. When we requested a refund for both the medication and the visit fee, the clinic displayed a shocking lack of accountability. They only refunded the cost of the medication, conveniently sidestepping the fact that their services were not only incorrect but also grossly inadequate. Speaking to the so-called "manager," Ashley, was an exercise in frustration as she relied on hearsay from the contracted doctors instead of acknowledging the photographic evidence we had provided earlier. It is abundantly clear that Taylorsville Vet cares more about their bottom line than the well-being of the animals they are entrusted with. If they invested even a fraction of the energy they put into making excuses for their poor service into providing quality care, they might stand a chance of retaining customers. Ashley's lack of professionalism is a shining example of the Peter Principle in full effect.Save yourself the heartache and avoid this place at all costs. Your pets deserve better than this woeful excuse for a veterinary facility.

Wonderful vet clinic. All the staff there have been polite. They really seem to care about the well being of my fur babies. I can’t imagine taking my dogs anywhere else!

Best vet ever! I had to switch vets since I moved and I am so grateful I found Taylorsville. Very kind, compassionate, realistic. Dr. Earp is wonderful and was kind to my toddler who accompanied us to the appointment. Just overall, I wish I would have known about Taylorsville sooner.

They are kind and courteous. Dr. Lucas and his team are phenomenal. And all I am is just the driver for the boss's doggos. There is no waiting inside. It's all waiting outside for pickup and drop off which is totally understandable because there is no waiting space inside. The entire clinic is dedicated to focusing on checking out all of the animals which is their primary focus. I do not know if they hold or care for animals overnight if there is a major surgery. But it does not feel like a turn and burn type of clinic. They actually do care. And the prices are reasonable for the area. Thank you for taking care of Bentley and all of the animals that the Turner's own.Your staff is great. And they all deserve a pay raise. Especially after dealing with Bentley and his enormous tail. He's a Siberian Rottweiler. And the European Union has banned docking of tales. I feel sorry for the lady that picked him up and took him inside. Because that tail goes just as fast. If not faster than a Chesapeake whatever door retriever on a happy day.

The Vet and the tech and the receptionists were very friendly and accommodating. As we had difficulty catching our cat for the appointment. They were amazing at handling the shy cat. Vet was also very helpful and informative to us. I recommend Taylorsville Clinic.Years later and we have a dog now also and we think even more of the staff at Taylorsville Veterinary Clinic

I had never been to Taylorsville vet before. My cat developed a respiratory issue and our regular vet was unable to see her for many days... Very concerned I decided to call Taylorsville vet since they are very close to our house. They told me they were at capacity that day but could fit her in for a "flex appointment" the next day. That evening we had a bad storm and the electricity was out in the area. I received and email from them letting me know how sorry they were and that they would get her in asap. They continued to communicate with me asking how the cat was and trying to work with me to get her an appt.Long story short, they got her in, treated her and around with our work schedules to make it easy on us.The communication with the staff, from the front desk, and Dr. Lucas was above and beyond my expectations. I am very impressed and will be using Taylorsville Vet as my vet moving forward.Lisa Rippeon

Dr. Bray, the techs, and the front desk staff truly went above and beyond for my dog and our family in his last days. They were out of power due to a bad storm, dealing with a professional crisis (as well as I’m sure personal), and they still fit my dog in multiple times to help keep him comfortable in his last days. I can’t thank them enough and would recommend this place to anyone.

The techs and vets are amazing, straight forward and give you all the information you need to make a decision about your animal's well being. They also have military discounts...

I'm beyond disappointed with Taylorsville. I have a puppy with an ear infection that I wanted to get in for an appointment. When I called last night the lady said the first available appointment was the 14th. As a current patient, this is unacceptable. The lady was working to make it a drive up appointment. I never got a call back and they closed. I called again this morning around 8:30 and asked again but they said it was still waiting for approval from the doctor and they would call this morning. It's now noon and I never received a call. I called again and the lady said it was still on hold with the doctor. I asked her to cancel all appointments with both of my pups and that I would be taking them elsewhere. If you're a current patient and can't get in, that's not okay.*UPDATE*The manager Ashley reached out to apologize and offered me money off my next visit, which I appreciated. She said they wanted to see my pup today but again, there was no time promised and I would've continued to wait for a simple visit. I turned down the discount and continued to move forward with taking my pups records and finding another vet. If a vet that I'm a new patient at can get me in within the day and my actual vet can't, that goes to show how my pups are valued as patients...

Was recommended Taylorsville by my boss. VERY happy woth Dr. Bray. Brought my 10 year old dog in for a check and they ended up finding a master cell tumor which I wasn't even considering. I will continue using Dr. Bray with my pets now and in the future.
