We so appreciate Brian and his repair shop. We were in a terrible spot when our normal mowing situation fell apart due to a serious illness. We had to get our old cub cadet up and running quickly to tale care of the grass growing by the minute. Prospect picked it up in a few days and had it running and returned the same day. Brian even good naturedly got us up and running again after our daughter mistakenly put oil in the gas tank. We sincerely appreciate his work and I felt that the price for the work was very fair. I highly recommend them!

I've been having my lawn tractor picked up and serviced by Brian and the team at Prospect for several years now. He never disappoints, is super fast, and does an excellent job. Price is always right on target. Had my mower picked up on Monday, serviced, fixed, and delivered back home by Wednesday. You can't beat that kind of service.

I don't get it, you think a small business would be polite on the phone to try and get customers. I felt like I was bothering this woman at work. I had questions about pricing and she seemed annoyed. She didn't even say goodbye, just hung up the phone. I will not be doing business with this place. There are plenty of other places I can take my lawnmower to. If it was an owner I spoke with thats a shame but if its an employee?? Then you just cost your boss business.

I took my Stihl chainsaw to these folks to get it repaired. I canceled the job because when they said it'll take approximately two weeks to fix I called two weeks later they hadn't even ordered the parts yet. I wasn't upset I did not have an attitude. He got upset and charged me an estimate fee!! They ever rarely charge an estimate fee and if they do he should've told me in the beginning so I could make a decision. I even told them what was wrong with the saw and what I needed done. Even if he had to check it it was a cover that he had to unscrew to see the scored piston. One of the worst experiences I've ever had!!! I will never recommend these folks again. They do not operate ethically as a business and are unfair and unreasonable. A business cannot be led by

Prompt, courteous service. Picked up my snowblower on Thursday morning, repaired on Friday and delivered on Saturday morning.

Fast turn around on annual service for my push mower and riding mower. They are reasonably priced, upfront about everything, great communication, and thorough on repairs. This will be my go to shop for lawn equipment service and repairs.

OMG...how wonderful this place it. I called on a recommendation from another Mt. airy resident to get my snowblower fixed. As i was talking to the girl she said do you want us to pick it up...(what..pick it up!!!!..no way) YESSSSS.. i was never so happy to hear those words!..and it would have been same day if i had heard the phone ring. They picked up my snowblower 2 days before a snow storm is supposd to blow in and it was fixed the SAME DAY and DROPPED OFF. I love this place!!! Great service!! thank you guys!!
