The absolute BEST. I cannot recommend both the units and the local Representative (Rob) enough. Firstly, the units themselves are much more sturdy and roomy than the "pod" brand. They also arrived in much better condition and have SIGNIFICANTLY better pricing. Secondly, the service. Rob is fantastic. He was able to deliver and pick up our units exactly when we asked him to. He took care to place them in good locations and not to damage our property, as well as advising us when we requested a less than ideal location. His service is prompt, friendly and professional. I would absolutely do business with him again. Best of all - we were able to support a local business.

We have rented a unit for the past 5 years. We have never had an issue until now. A piece of our furniture received water damage. Took pictures, spoke to ladies at front desk who told us owner would contact us. He did. We were told that units did have water damage due to these last few storms, ( this information from the ladies), but not ours. Claims the roof was replaced in January. Owner took NO responsibility. Something happened in our unit to cause this damage. It is in your facility that we pay for to keep our belongings safe. Very dissatisfied with his response. Hope we can restore the chair.

I have used Twin Arch Storage for some time. Their office employees are polite and nice. I have had a great experience here. Forgot to make a payment once and let them know, and they waived the late fee without question. The place is clean and well kept. Easy access 24 hours a day.

WORST storage place I've ever encountered in 60 years. DO NOT RENT HERE !!! Eager to take your money - deceitful in keeping it illegally. Rented a 10 x 10 for son to move his personal belongings into - pd cash - got a contract with a gentleman there - no problem. Went less than 2 wks later - nightmare began! The supposed "mgr" WANDA, directly did mistakes that are unacceptable, unconventional & so unethical. Since father's passTwin Arch Self Storage ing, I stated I needed another larger unit in addition to our current one, to hold the household belongs of mine. Charging me twice as much for the next step up (10x20), then handing me a lock directing me to my additional unit. Had I not of immediately went there, discovering she had tried charging me double for ANOTHER 10x10, instead of the 10x20, she would have gotten away with that sheisty part already. Going directly back into the office, I asked for my contract AND for her to correct her wrong. She hands me a receipt, with different locker numbers on them & says we don't need another another contract "THIS WILL DO." Ridiculous. She also clearly stated that if I would give her $193 on the spot, that would cover the 10x20 thru the next month, therefore only leaving the 1st unit (10x10) due next month, since I had already paid that in advance a wk and 1/2 prior. . . .so honest Joe as I am, I not only gave her the $193 PLUS an extra month for the 1st unit $130. . .not to mention the $130 a wk and 1/2 ago. I insist on a contract and this information in writing. . .instead she takes her purple pen and splatters three different wrong units on it, as well as the wrong dollar amounts, etc - and says she can't get her computer to "cooperate." Due to the fact that we realized we were in the horrible position of being stolen from,on the 8th day, I demanded all monies back with exception of prorated days to that moment, & we would go elsewhere. . .but everyday, she kept sliding by with excuse after excuse as to why she hadn't gotten around to doing this - meanwhile, we are trying to mourn our loss and move out of the sickening storage scene. On that 8th day, as well as 7 other occasions, and 12 calls, she repeatedly promised to email them, (contract AND receipts corrected) BUT NEVER WOULD. Constant requests for the owners to return calls to no avail either. Have reported to the BBB and the Carroll County Sheriff's Dept, as they have had simular complaints. They will conduct their slow investigation, but advised me to stay away from this business. THAT SAYS IT ALL. Please. . .if you care to save yourself from great losses - ESPECIALLY while enduring the loss of a very close parent, these people are the LAST place an honest sincere hardworking person should go. We WILL be going to small claims court.

I tried to work with these people my Mom passed and they never worked with me to help get her stuff out I even called and asked try and talk to the owner never could. So now my Mothers stuff is gone. Ridiculous
