I recently switched my primary residence, auto, and rental property to Matney Insurance Services. Not only did I get significant savings but Kim went above and beyond with her customer service. She provided quotes promptly and even worked on evenings and a holiday weekend to ensure that I got the best deal and didn't have a lapse in service.

ERIE Agents were very helpful from the start. They were always available to discuss and very prompt in resolving issues.
ERIE Claims Representative provided the BEST service and experience for us. We felt he valued our time by keeping us updated and communicating to us the status in a timely manner. He is very professional, polite, and kind. He explained the process very well and helped us resolve issues in a very calm manner, which we truly appreciate. It was really a wonderful experience working with him and we can only say positive things about him.
10 out of 10 for the ERIE Service and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I can't speak highly enough about this insurance service! I have been with them for a few years now and they are all very caring people who are amazing at what they do. I luckily haven't had too many accidents but the couple times I have they always ask how I am before anything else. They have always made everything so easy and keep great communication throughout the process. Truly can not thank them enough or recommend them to enough people!

Matney Insurance was very helpful with getting new home and auto coverage for me. I had been insured with AAA but that coverage was dropped. I asked a close friend who suggested that I call Matney Insurance. He had been using Matney for years and was very happy with them. The coverage Matney they provided me was just what I needed and comparably priced with what I had before.10/10 would recommend.

Great communication and very helpful. I hadn't filed a claim in years and they all made it very simple! Also recently added a motorcycle to my policy and they made it quick and easy!
