“The young man who helps me every time I go in (Dontay?) consistently goes above and beyond, is respectful, and always has a positive and good humored attitude. He's a great example of how people should do the job and do it well. If I could give the guy a bonus I would - this is the best I can do, so I'm hoping you will bonus him, and hang on to him as long as you can. The whole staff reflect this attitude and work well together as a team.”
