This little store has totally adorable stuff. Love the style. The owner is definitely not friendly and seemed bothered when my husband and I were there. The young man working there seemed perfectly delightful and I suspect he tries to compensate for the boss's unfriendly demeanor. I tried to engage the owner and she was clearly not in the mood to be engaged. It was unsettling enough that I actually checked Yelp after I left and I see it wasn't just me. That made me feel a lot better about my experience, actually. Not everyone is gifted with gab, naturally friendly, and/or able to easily make small talk. She certainly had some incredibly cute pieces and I will return to her store for sure, I just know now not to bother with attempting small talk with her. 4 stars because the stuff is cute enough to offset the slightly off-putting behavior of the shop owner (especially considering the possibility that she might not be able to help it.) I vote to definitely go and check out the very, very cute stuff!

We have purchased multiple items from Leslie's for our house. We did have issues getting one of the items but my biggest reason for the single star is the owner. Her kids work at the store and they are so polite and friendly, she on the other hand can be pleasant one day, nasty, unfriendly like we are bothering her the next 3 visits but what really bothers me the most is how she treats her kids in front of customers. On multiple occasions, one in dealing with us, she tells them everything they are doing wrong at that moment and not in a friendly way....isn't there an office you can take them into instead of berating them in front of customers. How embarrassing for them. There are better ways to handle "teachable moments"!!!!!!! I worked with my son at one point and when I needed to correct something he did, it was before we opened or after we closed or if it needed correction immediately it was back in my office NEVER in front of a customer!

The store is nice and the family is welcoming but after the sale, when the money has exchanged hands, expect nothing. We drove 2 hours to visit the store multiple times scoping out a new dining room table and 6 chairs for our home. Thankfully we ended up acquiring the majority of the set elsewhere (blessing in hindsight) but decided to purchase two fabric chairs to the tune of $1k. Day TWO of ownership of the chairs, one of the legs decided to break, and was due to a knot in the wood,This is by no fault something I take issue with Leslie’s as they are not the manufacturer, simply the retailer. What I DO take issue with is the lack of support in finding a solution to make my chair usable. I contacted the owner at Leslie via phone and text and lastly Facebook messenger on December 10, 16, Jan 8,19, and 27th and still yet do not have response other than being ignored. I have even reached out on facebook as a last resort on one of their numerous posts about their store and nothing. Before spending a significant amount of money, do your research on this place, while not very common, others have had similar results with experiencing issues with their furniture. I know my transaction was not large, but I feel it is large enough to not be blatantly ignored. I would have even been happy to purchase the replacement leg if necessary, but nothing. Fortunately through absolutely no assistance from Leslies, I was able to determine who the manufacturer of the furniture was and the manufacturer sent me an entire new leg in a whopping 4 days at no charge, which at this point I would have gladly PAID for to have a chair that is usable.Now THAT is customer service, shame on Leslie’s furniture gallery! Don’t role the dice if you are considering purchasing.

The owners and their family were incredibly helpful when picking out furniture. They have so many amazing pieces and options it gave us the opportunity to really see and discuss the right custom pieces we wanted for our home. 10/10 will absolutely return to check out their future inventories!

As a former delivery driver for the Leslies, I would have to say this is the best business I delivered to out of 50 plus businesses on my route. Their store was always well arranged and had a warm vibe. As far as people, Doug and Chastity are the best. They always treated me like family and they genuinely care about providing a good product to their customers. I would definitely recommend stopping by to see what they have to offer

Not what I expected. It was a little difficult to find - I drove past it. There was a lot of furniture to pick from but the space was a little tight (crowded). I was searching for an accent chair but the majority of items included dining tables, cabinets/dressers, and wall decorations. Nice store just not what I was expecting.

This Gallery is addictive! I have Four pieces and my kitchen island....is just gorgeous I cleaned out a space in my dining room so I can go back and get a new bookcase. Always new things coming in....I love going just to see what's new. The owners are so creative and so nice. If you visit...be prepared to buy something!!!!

BEWARE! they sell beautiful furniture but AFTER you pay, they stamp on your receipt "all sales final and all pieces sold AS IS". When I asked about the all sales final sign in the store, if furniture is delivered damaged, the husband verbally said "oh we would take care of that". Not true. We noticed damage and when I spoke to the wife, she said to email pictures. I've sent 3 emails. No response. I'm not asking for a replacement or money back, just to have the cheap particle board backing replaced. MY MISTAKE for supporting this business. Literally spent over 6 grand here and can't get an email response.

Hard to believe we would give this place two stars after going here numerous times. But let's break it down...Quality of furniture = 5Love of their dog = 5Responsiveness = 4Value = 4Store Environment = 5Attention to Detail = 2Support of Product = 3Feeling welcome to return now = 1We bought a wooden farmhouse table from them. It's literally awesome in look. They didn't get our order correct the first time. Through several negotiations we were able to return the legs to have new ones made longer (the whole reason we purchased the table was so that our parents could get their wheelchairs under it). We went to pick up the new legs today and they are almost the right length now, but not tapered like our original ones. After a non-existent greeting, or any response, from Chastity we were too intimidated to say anything. So we took the legs and went home. We didn't ask for much - only that we received the table the way it was originally requested. We had high hopes of shopping here for a long time, but my wife and I sat in silence the whole way home. Kind of grieving I guess.
