We love bringing our dog to this salon. Chloe is always so patient and kind with our fearful pup. The staff is always smiling and nice during pick up and drop off. Will always recommend this versus Petco or PetSmart! These groomers really care for your doggo!

I would have kept going to this place however, their prices for all three of my dogs constantly changed depending on the groomer. I asked for pricing, the owner refused to offer it stating they didn't make it public. How can all three dogs go from $180 one time, to $350 the next time to $300 the other time, for the SAME services. This is why I stopped going. In today's world, pricing transparency is key to good, positive customer service. The grooming was good, but I can find that + excellent customer service elsewhere paying the same rate EACH time I take my dogs to be groomed for the same services.

Dallas is the best she takes awesome care of my pup's one elderly and one ankle biter with patience and understanding of their personalities. The haircut is always perfect the other ladies are also super nice to work with. I don't just trust my Wrangler and Riley to just anyone. Highly recommended salon

I've had my dog here twice to get his nails clipped. It's always been easy to call and schedule an appointment. I forget the name of the person who clipped his nails, but they are always able to keep him calm and get his nails clipped quickly with none of his antics.

Owner very rude. Called to let them know I was stuck in traffic on the highway and would be a few minutes late. Not more than 15 minutes. Owner responded angrily and cancelled my appointment. I waited weeks for appointment and had never been late in the past. I feel like this was discrimination on owner's part.

Love this grooming salon. Everyone is very friendly and is great with my poodle. My highest priority is that my dog feels comfortable and safe. She wags her tail entering this place, so that says a lot about their care. Dallas has been grooming for my poodle. She is very talented and amazing with my dog. HIGHLY recommend this place and if you can book, Dallas, you should call early!!

We take our dogs Chubbs and Lily here for nail grooming and we always have such a wonderful experience! Our dogs absolutely love the staff and they do such an amazing job with them!

I had to use another Google account to leave this review because I have already left a good review here, buttttt I have three dogs. ? My groomer is usually Taylor, and she is amazing, just be descriptive and realistic and she will take care of the rest. She groomed my little old cranky yorkie today and he is in a good mood, has a lil pep in his step, & if you knew him, you’d know that is a good enough reason to come here for grooming. LOL. He’s cranky. My groomer Taylor also doesn’t have the “I really don’t want to be here” vibe, which means a lot, dogs are energy vampires, body language readers! So if your vibe/energy sucks, the dog is not going to be as comfortable. If you’re happy & calm, the dog will likely try to mirror that. So her calm demeanor goes a long way!Before pic with the bear, after with the bandana.

Amazinggg. I bring all my dogs here. As long as you’re descriptive of what you want & open about your dogs temperament, etc. they’ll handle the rest! With the exception that your dog isn’t extremely matted & you’re hoping to have a regular blow/comb out, as it’s prob best to shave if they’re that matted. (Before pic with the two pig tails)

Our collie looked amazing after Alicia groomed her!! Staff was so friendly and she was done in two hours like they said she would be. All the other dogs there seemed to be calm and happy. Would definitely recommend and will be back!!

Three strikes. The receptionist/cashier doesn't set a good tone for this business. First time when checking in she wasn't very welcoming and the chaos stressed my dog out. The second time they were running 40 min late and the final time I got the time mixed up--was sitting outside the building and they called at 17 min late to say that I missed my 15 min grace period and would have to reschedule--I walked in, and waited in line (1 person ahead of me) for 5 min only to be reprimanded by the receptionist. During that time I witnessed her rude behavior and complaining to the groomers about customers calling. The groomer herself did a great job the first 2 times but I won't be going back.

After the cut took 2 hours, and we paid much more than we’ve paid at other places, our dog needed a bath when she got home to get rid of the cut hair (my car needed a thorough vacuuming) and her cut was extremely patchy so we needed to clean her up ourselves. Extremely disappointed and will never bring our dog back.

The best best best grooming salon! The folks here are so, so kind and do such an amazing job. My dog always leaves Happy Dog looking fantastic. Highly recommend!!!
