I bought a car and had it towed across the county. I chose this company from a google search. The woman on the phone was very nice and set it all up. The truck came on time and and everything went very smoothly. I highly enjoyed his company

To Whom It May Concern,
I recently contacted a moving company based in Mount Airy to request a quote for moving my equipment to my house, which is 58 miles away. The representative quoted me $475. I politely mentioned that the price seemed high.
To my shock, the representative responded with, “I know you’re a foreigner, the price is too high for you.” I found this statement to be not only discriminatory but also deeply disrespectful. I informed him that his remarks were inappropriate and constituted harassment. I also made it clear that where I come from is not his business and does not justify such behavior.
I further advised him that I would report the company to the Better Business Bureau for this unprofessional and discriminatory conduct.
I urge others not to hire this business, as their actions demonstrate racial bias and a lack of respect for customers.

Geyers towing is awesome. Both locations have towed for me and they’re always responsive and helpful. I’ll never trust my car with anyone else.

Noon on a rainy Sunday, Mother's Day of all days, and my car decides to break down on the I70 exit ramp for Mt. Airy. One call to Geyers Towing and I'm hooked up and my car on the way back home to Walkersville in less than half an hour. I even managed to screw up giving a ride home, after declining and offer to ride with the driver, and they dropped my car perfectly in my driveway and took care kf payment over the phone.Five star service, turned a very bad day into less of a headache for a fair price. It can be difficult to get ahold of anyone on a Sunday, much less Mother's Day, but these guys were prompt and efficient. Can't say enough good things about my experience.Service: Car towing

Wouldn't take a check from a local trucker that has a pretty valuable employee that would have told them I'm good or they would of paid it

My car was towed there from an accident. I was having the car picked up through my insurance company, I was told that they wouldn't take a verbal that I had to go all the way out there to sign a release form and the customer service was very poor. It's seems that they don't care for people of color.
