I took my car in for scheduled appointment on Wednesday. Knowbody called about my car all day. I called at 430 and was told they were very sorry but the tech was backed up and didn't get to my car. He said he would talk to the tech in the morning and call me. I didn't hear anything until the afternoon that said the tech said there was definately something wrong with my car but they are so backed up that they needed to schedule me out 3 weeks to fix and will need my car a week. He said I could still drive my car and I asked will it is it make it worse or leave me stranded and he said it could. ??? Then he told me knowbody in the dealership has ever worked on a transmission like mine. I purchased the car there it's a Ford? What does that mean? Now I'm wondering if I should even take it back.

My van was recalled for a problem with the navigation system. Roger at Century Ford did a great job of scheduling the repair, seeing it through, and notifying me when the job was done. They have a great team at this dealership and it shows!

Century Ford solved my high speed braking vibration issue after other repair shops could not. Its more expensive but its done right. Its important to use OEM parts. So hlad the problem has been resolved.

Nobody bothered to call me with any updates. Issue was not fixed and I was charged $$$ for (allegedly) running software update.
I got vague invoice that I am still unclear what was done yo my car. When I went to pick up my car I was sent straight to cashier. Nobody explained or bothered to talk to me about the ‘service’ that was performed. No communication and car is still not fixed.
