Interesting. It has been more than two weeks since I posted the review, and honestly, not anyone from Century has reached out.I am sadly disappointed, and in this festive holiday season, I cannot say how poor that customer service was.Adding them permanently to my list of companies I will never interact with again.PS we did end up getting a new car, but had nothing to do with Century.

My daughter purchase a 2023 ford Bronco from Mount Air Ford. This was one of the best buying experience I have witnessed in a long time. Her sales person (Alex) was very knowledgeable of all the features of the Bronco. He let my daughter take her time never pressure her. Alex stayed with her the entire time and never turn her over to someone else to close the deal.Her finances person(Colin) was extremely friendly with no pressure in purchasing in other options. Now let me make this clear , the extended warranty he so carefully explained was great. The only reason i didn’t let her purchase it was that I can do everything myself.This is a great Dealership to purchase from. I was impressed the minute I first walked into the front door. I think it was a manager that greeted me and introduced me to Alex. I would recommend this Dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Century always does a stellar job. Thorough, professional, and courteous. They provided a pick up for my wife to get my truck since I was at work. Also the best alignment I’ve gotten on my truck since the original factory settings. Highly recommend.

The following review is in regards to the Service Center ONLY:We came to have our vehicle serviced because we thought the issue was under warranty, it was not. Our issues with the service center have nothing to do with the warranty. We were troubled by the complete lack of communication, urgency to have our issue solved, issues with the service center working with Ford directly and straight up unprofessionalism demonstrated by some of the service center staff. Our calls were not getting returned and at times, if someone did answer the phone, we could not get a straight answer regarding updates to our vehicle. We had to go as far as contacting someone in the sales department to get through to the service department. Eventually Jay in the service department started giving up regular updates via text/phone (THANK YOU!!). My car took a MONTH to be serviced which is an absolutely ridiculous time line. Additionally, communication between employees needs to be more consistent. Before we were hearing consistently from Jay, we were getting different information from different people or no information at all. Like most service industries there should be a sort of log for communication purposes in place. If this is even in place at Century, it needs to be overhauled. We will absolutely not be having any more service done by Century. Our experience was rude, untimely, and drawn out.

I had a really excellent experience with Century Ford & highly recommend their services! Had an urgent issue with my campervan & they were able to accommodate me quickly, provided timely concise information, put the issue in layman's terms for a non-proficient mechanic such as myself - super grateful for them! A special shout-out to Tyler for his help - fantastic dude.

Rude service department doesn't want to honor a warranty. Maybe they are desperate? They don't believe their own customers.

I was driving through the state and encountered a problem with my Ford Escape. This family owned Ford dealership was amazing. They understood I was many miles from my home and got me back on the road in no time! I just wanted to again thank everyone for their first class customer service.

Great service department. Everyone was friendly, helpful and very professional. They took the time to understand my issues with my truck and to explain all the proposed work. They were upfront about cost and how long it would take to complete the work. Everything was done on time and works great!

Fabulous customer service!! This dealership cared enough to run a quick (3 minutes) diagnostic since my car abruptly told me to get off the road and displayed the engine light. The other Ford dealerships I went to couldn't be bothered and sent me back on the road! Since the problem could be resolved quickly, they worked my hybrid in fairly quickly (considering they were fully booked) and got me safely back on the road. AWESOME JOB!!!? Thank you. ?

Things went well. Kelley was very helpful and polite. Ring and pinion install by Mark sounds great. Had to do some extra work due to the gear selection but didn't complain. Returning next month for another gear swap on another car. Thank you very much for your time and effort. Can't go 5 stars until after the break in period. I'm sure everything will be fine.

I brought my Mach E in to repair a water intrusion into the lift gate . They were able to loan me another Mach E while my vehicle was being worked on which is important since this is my only vehicle. The communication was very good through text message. There were some days where I didn’t get a response, but most of the time my questions were answered promptly. This prompt communication is key for me since I want to know everything about my vehicle, especially when it is in the shop.Overall, they did a great job fixing my Mach E and keeping me informed. I recommend this dealership for service repairs. Thank you Century Ford.

We just bought our second truck from Century Ford Mt Airy. The first in 2016 and now 2023.Wonderful folks and an easy dealer with which to conduct business. Never felt pressure or up-sell during purchase or serviceWe would have no hesitation buying from them again or servicing our vehicles there.

The service team at Century Ford has been exceptional. Chris, Isaiah, Kellie and my mechanic were all very professional and polite! Kellie and Chris captured all the issues and relayed the info to the mechanic correctly and the work was completed. A job well done. Kellie kept me completely informed throughout the repairs. Thanks to Chris and Isaiah for the prompt and safe valet transport of my vehicle to and from the dealership! Thank you all!
