Interesting. It has been more than two weeks since I posted the review, and honestly, not anyone from Century has reached out.I am sadly disappointed, and in this festive holiday season, I cannot say how poor that customer service was.Adding them permanently to my list of companies I will never interact with again.PS we did end up getting a new car, but had nothing to do with Century.

Rude service department doesn't want to honor a warranty. Maybe they are desperate? They don't believe their own customers.

Had my vehicle for a week that was purchased at Century Ford and the check engine light was on. Ran diag on it to find out there was a misfire airy 3 cylinders. Fast forward 2.5 months and it's in again and they tell me it's the solenoid and I'll have to pay for it. A week goes by and the story changes to it's 3 cylinders are misfiring and they need to be fixed. I get the vehicle back today after over another 10 days without it(over 2.5 weeks now) and the check engine light is still on and it's running like **** With only 52,xxx miles on the vehicle. Be only put on about 7800 miles. Ugh!Also I came to find out the sales manager tan my credit through more then one site when I had an approval through Capital One and was more then happy with their rate. What a freaking scam and way to try to ruin my credit! I've reported this to the credit agenciesI will NOT give this place my business again and hope you find this helpful

I recently had some major repairs- water pump replacement. It took a week as excepted and communicated. I was kept up to date on the progress for it was very labor intense. I have only gotten work done at this location and have always gotten great service, from my original salesmen Desmond to Shane and Jay in service. My vehicle has 262k and when I’m ready to buy, I’ll be back.

We purchased a used Jeep Wrangler for this dealer ship just a few weeks ago. I searched far and wide across the state and did a lot of research before making my purchase- came to find out the warranty advertised with the vehicle was not valid - although part of the listing. It was false, misleading, despite a tiny disclaimer at the bottom of each web page. We were pretty upset, but already so vested so decided to still make the purchase. Big mistake, the integrity issues continued. We were assured the car was in great shape and just came out of inspections in their service department. Within a week, the check engine light was on and we took the vehicle to the Jeep dealership near us to get it checked out. We've been told the entire transmission needs to be replaced. How does this happen? How is this missed in a vehicle that was just inspected? We paid 40k plus for something that had such a substantial mechanical issues. This is a branding, reliability, integrity, ethics issues. Please beware when dealing with this dealership. On top of this, instead of apologizing - after we shared this with the dealership, the sales manager called my husband and started arguing with him over the phone- there was no offer to help or cover, he refused to take responsibility for selling us something with this big of an issue. Who does this? He also refuses to take accountability for the false advertising on their website. This is an good old boy mentality and man does not understand the power of social media and digital marketing. This experience has been terrible through and through and I hope this does not happen to others.

Bought a new explorer and the process was easy. Salesman was nice. Love the car. Not happy that service manager told us our 2017 Explorer XLT with 91k miles would require $2500 to repair exhaust leak was in such bad shape he would not be able to re-sell there. He offered me 14k and ended up giving 17k for trade. 3 days later it was listed on their website for 25K...guess it was in better shape than he thought. I understand it's a business but I don't like being lied to on my trade. Plus in todays market, they would not accept anything less that sticker for the new vehicle. They made a ton on both ends

I have been dealing with John Pries at Century for years now. I buy all of our company vehicles from Century and I have always found them to be fair and honest in their dealings with me. I recommend them highly to anybody looking for a new car

Desmond is a gentleman, no pressure, yet, he does know the product and will guide you thru the process. I believe that Century is big enough to get you good pricing and small enough to know who you are when walking in.

I worked with Alex Simmons to buy my first Ford F-250. I stopped by the other guys in Frederick, however, a huge difference in terms of customer service. Century Ford of Mt. Airy won my business purely because how professional and knowledgeable Alex was. My wife and I didn't feel we were rushed nor we felt we were in a typical dealership environment. To top it off, Alex worked with his sales manager to beat our rate through Bank of America. Of course BOA (too big for their own good) had a fair shot at getting our business, but the customer service fumbled too badly and never delivered on their promise Getting back to it, Alex gets a 5-Star all day!

I was excited to bring my truck here, being a home town shop I thought they'd be great! Then they charged me $700 for a single caliper, I asked them to replace the pads and rotors.. they didn't even bother to look at them and I know because the pads are eating the rotors, the passenger side rotor is grinding on the caliper ( which would save me money to have both done at once... but whatever) Never going back. Think about that, $700x4 = $2,800 and then they quoted me $900 for the rotors and pads when I called before bringing my truck in. That's $3,700 for a complete brake repair... refer to the photo ... now I understand charging more for good service but the service was not good.
