I came in needing an oil drain plug for a motorcycle i had just bought to replace the one that loosened and fell out while riding somewhere on 70. The two employees were not sure on the size of the bolt or the type of oil, but began to put their heads together and do some research. They found the information they were looking for, promptly grabbed the necessary items in the store, and even took the plug out of its packaging to be sure they were selling me the correct combination wrench to torque the plug back on. Because of them, my friend and I were able to fix my motorcycle and continue the ride back to my place that night.
