I have only participated in the RCX Dance Toning Class through ClassPass, but man does Will make you sweat. This class is a ton of fun! It is only 45-minutes, has great music, and is easy to follow and modify. Definitely more fun than any Zumba class I have ever taken. I think his goal is just to trick us into thinking we are partying at the club, when really we are really doing squats to party songs. It really is a lot of fun!

WJW fitness always gets the job done. I believe I am getting stronger as I continue my fitness journey. The only thing I ever regret about the gym is missing a class. The owner is tough but very supportive. I can say the same thing about my fellow classmates. I may be tired when I leave the fitness studio but never disappointed.
