Awful. Had a passport appointment at 1pm. Came at 12:50. It’s 1:50 and still waiting for our appointment to start. And when we were finally about to go, somebody else arrives who turns out knows the people working here, so they get to go before us?!

One of the worst post offices on the planet. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. They ensure they go out of their way to be nasty to you when you visit. The mail carriers that operate here are all pretty good. The staff inside are beyond miserable and unhappy. If you have the wrong kind of tape on a small package, the size of your hand they will decline to mail it. Like I said, they take great pleasure out of giving you one of the worst experiences of your life here. AVOID!

I'm not sure if this is the WORST post office in the nation but it's got to be among the worst five!! Mean window clerks who have no idea what they're doing is only the start. There is always a long line - always. And face to face communication with the window staff is almost impossible because they are not able to effectively communicate at all. They are not helpful and not interested in good customer service on top of it all, the place is so dirty! I'd happily send everything FedEx if I could afford that!

Hi….. don’t put any packages from this place… u guys gonna loose ur packages…. I missed like 5 packages ….no one help me to find my packages..someone is stealing the packages… I lost $780 worth product…. This is terrible …. Disgusting place!!!!! Terrible employees…. I will complain to this situation for department of postal general thank you

Frihiwat has been my mail carrier for about 6 years now and I have not had any issues with her delivering any packages or mail. She has always been great at her job.

How ridiculous there's always a line and most of the employees cannot speak fluent English and take forever to take care of customers it's absolutely outrageous ! Regardless of how many employees are here I've noticed they just look and walk away from the counter it's shamless why have a job if you don't want to work ? Thanks

I went in to send a letter, and I was confronted by the Post Master herself, Ms Lee, screaming at me that the postage would be very expensive for my letter. I said I didn't care, but she kept screaming at me that it was going to be expensive. Again, I said that I didn't care and that I could afford it. She was implying that I couldn't afford it, but I kept telling her that I didn't care how much it cost. She didn't stop screaming at me, so I went to the other teller who helped me professionally and politely. Ms Lee needs anger management or retirement. Terrible and rude postal employee.

The key characteristics of this post office are.1) There is always a line.2) There is only ever one employee working at the counter, regardless of how many employees are constantly walking by and noticing the line.3) The longer the line, the less likely an employee will go and work the desk.The location is great, the employees are friendly (if you ever get to one), but it should never take nearly 30 minutes to get through 6 customers.

The service was fine. The actual facility inside and out are depressed, dirty and not maintained. The surfaces were dirty and smudged , the windows and glass doors in the lobby were foggy and the carpet in the lobby needed to be vacuumed. The floor inside looked like it could use a power washer to get it cleaned. The build up of dirt and grime looked cemented to the tile. The parking lot is filled with leaves, and it it hard to identify a parking spot , the trees are overgrown and landscaping is warn out and uprooted. This isn’t the only location that is in such a state.

This post office needs to be audited. They are slow to service the customers and the air conditioning seems to be broken. UNACCEPTABLE!
