Stay Away. Not only did they NOT help me get my State refund back when it was denied, they completed my 2022 tax returns wrong stating "oops". I paid another accountant to do an audit of the 2022 returns and I owe an additional $4K +. I asked Hale Accounting to just pay for the $455 bill for now for this audit and they will not respond to me. I will be filing in small claims court as I refuse to let them continue their egregious practices.

I recently changed to Hale Accounting Services after having to switch from a previous tax service on short notice this year. The service and responsiveness was excellent. They always returned phone calls and emails quickly.

Jennifer, was extremely helpful and super fast. I got her my documents the Wednesday before deadline and I even sent missing documents that I forgot the day before deadline. She still got our return done on time and didn’t have to file extension. We were very pleased with her. Also loved that she texted questions which made it easy for me and she was quick with her responses. Highly recommend!! -Christine
