Great family owned beer and wine with the friendliest staff with fair prices! They also do specialty orders- so if there's a wine or beer you love but can't find anywhere, they will order it for you! They also have lotto, snacks, and a wide selection of local craft beers and unique wines, along with regular beer and wine finds.

Go to the place across the street (BJ's Beer & Wine) instead, where you will save money. This place overcharges AND imposes a "tax" of 15%. For example, a bottle of wine was priced at $14.99 and they added a whopping $2.25 tax, claiming that they were supposed to charge me the 9% alcohol tax ($1.35) AND the 6% sales tax ($0.90). Per the Marylax tax code, the alcohol tax of 9% REPLACES the 6%; taxpayers should not be charged the 9% in ADDITION to the 6%. I went to BJ's and was only charged $12.99 for the same wine (not $14.99) and paid 9% tax (the legal rate - not 15%). I raised the wrongful tax charge to the employees at Goshen Plaza Beer, who repeatedly stated that they did not care because they were not the owners and were simply following what their system was showing them to do. So if you are the owner and you are reading this, hopefully you do care that you are overcharging your patrons AND not following the law. If you are a potential customer reading this, please do not be scammed and do go to BJ's Beer & Wine instead, where you will save $ and pay the legal tax rate.
