I came in, and the guy with long hair was fast on the draw.
I got my switch game, did a trade-in, and was happily out the door in less than 5 minutes. No hyperbole.

The staff member was nice, but unfortunately my boyfriend wasn't able to sell his PS4 the staff member claimed it wouldn't turn on, we took it home and it came on. The staff member was also able to help give me a list of potential things they would buy off website.

Great store very clean & organized. Clerk was SUPER NICE. Under a stressful situation he was so good on a return involving a security device. Other Gamestops should follow this one in service and culture. Membership program has improved over the years. I'd consider it but other Gamestops experience made it difficult to commit.

Alex is a lying scammer. He lies at every opportunity he has. He forces game informer sales for commission and looks for every way to make things up to not assist customers.This guy is very dishonest and rude he really needs to be fired from this company.All he is apparently there for is to force people to purchase a game informer subscriptions.

Called 4 times, nobody answered. Showed up to an empty store with two dudes standing there doing nothing. Was just trying to see if a product was in stock. When I arrived they told me “I just sold my last one”… what a joke of a store.

The two men tonight were very rude to my kids because they were excited about getting a game and both looked like drug addicts will never come back to this location it’s like they just hire anybody !

I went online and priced my iPhone trade-in which came to $337. I called the store to verify the price. I went into the store and they offered me only $135 for a phone that was flawless-fully operational, no scratches etc. What a scam....! Trade-in your phone elsewhere.
