Took my daughter's car in late on Friday because she had been driving with the check engine light on for 3 days(of course). Spoke with Brad who explained that they were pretty busy today but if I brought back on Monday they would do the diagnostic and we would go from there. Dropped the car off Monday morning, received a call within the hour and he explained the issue they found parts needed and cost associated with the repairs. Car was ready to go by 2:30pm, he explained the warranties and the cost was reasonable (no one likes paying for repairs lol). I had better service here than I've ever gotten at a dealership. Side note: I may have gotten the representatives name wrong. I suffer from CRS.

Was not impressed with this place. First of all it is a hole in the wall with an office space not bigger than most peoples bathrooms. Secondly, it was closed because of COVID and there is nowhere to really sit outside. I ended up having to walk to the plaza next door to find somewhere to sit while they took 45 minutes to change my oil. When I got back they guy at the desk asked me why I didn't get it done at the dealership, which really in my opinion was NONE of his business. Overall, unpleasant experience and will not be back.

Precision Auto is the best of the best. Service is fast, quality is top notch, and prices are very competitive. They are the only place my wife and I take our cars.

I bought the Groupon for this location to get a oil change. I ended up canceling it immediately. The man was not at the front desk, so my husband went to the side to look for someone to check in with. The guy literally speeds into the shop almost hitting him while honking at my husband, as if he were in the wrong. He was inside for a while and no one was there so he looked around as anyone would do. He didn't apologize instead he was even ruder saying he needs to see the Groupon or we won't be able to get anything done, he said the oil change would be take 45 mins and we have to wait in the cold! He seemed very racist would never come back again!

October 10th at 11am. They don't take appointments for Full Synthetic Oil changes so drove to the location and was told 4 hour wait time. Changed my mind and decided not to do it and was told by the guy to "Get the F out" among other things. Not sure if he's hating his life fixing other people's cars but I'm definitely never coming here again. Anywhere else is better.

I went to get a steering wheel replaced and they messed up my alignment. I took it twice and they did nothing but charge me extra. I was told it was fine but the alignment was off. I had to take it to another shop and they told me the alignment was off and fixed it. stay away from this place. Not professional and unreliable.

Ah yes precision auto care. Horrible customer service. I called ahead to check if there were any special drop off policies (the rep I spoke to didn't mention any and just said drop of your car for an oil change and pick it up. Simple enough?) So i head to this lovely oil changing establishment to drop of my car and spoke to the manager Sean, (or somebody posing as sean) to request assistance on how to redeem a groupon during Covid - 19, because I saw the open sign but the door was locked. Ok the door is locked, maybe the receptionist went to lunch? (Me being a kindhearted noob) I approached the nearest person (keeping a safe distance) I saw and employee who appeared to be working for the auto shop stepping into a damaged vehicle and then I met Sean or Jared(who cares?), the manager on duty. I asked sean (or jared) how do I drop off my car because the door is locked. Sean (or jared) responded asking me if I read the sign on the front door. No I didn't because the rep I spoke with before over the phone didn't mention any special drop-off policies and the only sign I saw was clearly an open sign on the door I didn't assume the company was practicing a no contact policy for any mechanical work. Sean (or jared) the manager was working on a car but wasn't wearing a mask and stated by asking him for assistance , I am putting his staff and himself at risk by not reading the sign. Dear sean (or jared), isn't you not wearing a mask putting your staff and yourself more at jeopardy? And stated he wasn't in uniform so why am I asking him questions (I should know the uniforms of all staff members, even though I've never been here before). So I end up driving off, but call back to speak to someone regarding my awful experience and the rep I spoke to was more polite than the manager, but because I was upset the rep transferred me to the manager, which I didn't know was Sean (or jared). Sean decided to tell me that if I can't read a sign, that's my fault and hung up on me. He did say good day sir though! I guess as an African American male, I should stay clear of some auto shops. This is clearly one of them. I decided to bite the bullet and open the wallet to head to the lube center which is quicker but more expensive, I needed an oil change. Key word "needed". To sum up my experience a pretty rude manager, polite but arcane associates ruined a simple oil change? Jiffy Lube or the Lube center has better customer service for oil changes but is pricier Do not recommend, go elsewhere unless you like being told to "READ THE SIGN" despite calling ahead and not being informed of any special dropoff policies. Thanks. PS: Although the manager hung up on me and told me it's my fault for me being unable to read a sign. At least he said good day. Kudos to the good day. Can I give negative stars?

We have been going here for three years. We have never been disappointed. Sean is a or better yet THE mechanic there who routinely goes above and beyond. He had actually called us and told us he could get the job done faster if we wished - but that he could price shop parts and maybe help to reduce the cost of the repair if we weren't in a crunch for time. How's that for honestly and integrity? He gave us the option and was straight up with us, and this is what I appreciate and respect and will keep me coming back!

Need an oil change and the guys here we're fast and friendly. Great service for a great price will definitely be coming back for more of my automotive needs! Highly recommend.

I came here for an oil change with a Groupon. Oil change was fine, but the shop apparently switched my headlights from Auto to Off, which resulted in me driving home in the dark for 20 minutes without my lights on. I didn't notice until I pulled into my driveway that my lights weren't on. This might seem like a small thing, but it's dangerous and the shop should be more careful. My Groupon also came with free wipers, but they said the wipers on my car were better than the ones they would give me, and they won't give you the wipers unless they install them themselves, so I didn't get the wipers.

Groupon here is a scam as they charge a ridiculous amount more when you get there. The point of Groupon is to cover the entire cost of the service - not half of it or some of it with additional charges when you get there. Because of this, I will never return.

"**This was a horrible experience and borderline fraudulent.** They only cover a few weights of oil and force you to pay full price for anything that is not in the list. I was charged $58 for the oil after the Groupon was applied. The area manager was there and gave a $10 discount. It would be reasonable to pay the difference in the cost of the covered oil and anything else but this is ridicules."

The shop with WORST TECHNICIANS. I brought my car for A/C charge. Overcharged the system and broke the high pressure censor. They don't know what they're doing. Probably YouTubed how to charge AC system and done it. Should have done it myself.
