It was my first time going there and I think that the staff was very nice but as for the service itself…. For context, I always get the same nails; almond acrylics with chrome on top. I usually go to Soleil nails in Olde Town and pay $55 dollars. I was with my friend this time and wanted to see if I could go somewhere else to get our nails done to see if I could get the nails for a cheaper price. I called earlier and asked how much the nails would cost, they said $50. I asked several more times saying things like “if I get this how much would it be?” With every question they answered, “$50”. Fast forward to the appointment my friend and I get almond nails, hers red, mine a chrome white color. As i’m watching them do the nails I see that each nail is a different size and they all are round like a circle. The chrome was also very might on my nails so they just look pale. My friend had similar critics as well. When it was time to pay I see she paid $55, I thought that was weird because on the phone she said specifically $50. But I don’t put too much thought into it because it was only an extra five dollars. She then turns to me and says that I owe $75. I was incredibly shocked because I told her on the phone what I wanted I explained to her so clearly and I confirmed with her that that would be $50 and then she charged me $75 which was crazy. I understand that with chrome it might be a little bit extra but $25 for the faint chrome that they put on my nails is insane. I don’t think I will ever return, I am so used to paying $55 for the nails and it’s better at my old nail salon. I recommend Soleil nails over this place, it’s cheaper and the work is better.

I usually only let one person do my nails, and that is Henry. I went in to get a gel full set and paid $65. (Ridiculous) The price magically went up I’m assuming. Originally a gel full set ranges between $45 and $55. I was put in an uncomfortable position while getting my nails done you’re supposed to go to the salon sit down get your pedicure and not be disturbed. While I was receiving my pedicure, which by the way was pretty decent, I had to adjust my body adjust my arms, not receive the full experience of my pedicure due to them, trying to rush and do my nails. The whole experience was uneasy and then they have the nerve to overcharge me for my nails that look horrible saying that they went up $10-$15 because of the shape of the nail and the length. This made no sense to me! I always get the same shape and length and I do not pay more than $55.
Very disappointed more so upset because I paid $65 for a terrible experience and my nails look like trash plus I still have a good heart and gave them a tip.

This is one of the very few nail salons open on Sunday, maybe because it's Memorial Day weekend? The woman would not honor my Yelp 10% off, rudely dismissing me and telling me "that's old!" Without even looking at me. Their shelf of polish is very limited and disorganized. Any nail salon I have ever been to in any state has always separated their shelves by regular and shellac. I went over to their one and only shelf where they had actual polish (everything else was filled with weird packaged stuff) and looked through their very limited collection of colors. I couldn't find any light purple, so I picked a sparkly, nice looking pink. After sitting down I noticed that it said gel on the polish, so I inquired and indeed it was for shellac, not regular. So many other polishes on that tiny shelf also said gel, so it's basically a very limited and disorganized mess. I did appreciate that one of the employees found a similar looking color for me. The place was virtually empty, again surprising given that it's Memorial weekend Sunday and every other nail salon in the area is closed. The man who did my nails was kind and caring about his work. The place also looked clean. Due to this mixed experience, I'm giving this 3 stars.

i usually get my eyebrows done here and have had good results but went today and one of my eyebrows is uneven! i have to lift my eyebrow to make it even w/ the other. i proceed to ask for a refund and trying to show the lady pictures of my eyebrows previously she got smart, and mad took forever to give it back & told me not too come back! and we had to greet them first! unprofessional.

I got holographic manicure and my friend got Matte black acrylic- love them. The service was well done and fast!! I highly recommend

Worst experience ever … NO costumer service at all !! the lady with glasses she spoke to us like if we were animals basically screaming at us “what we wanted” “what we want” … one she then said okay wait a little and it’s been more than 2 hours and every person that would come in after us and she knew she would immediately help and they would leave before us ! All I wanted was to take my mom out and give her a nice afternoon present and get her nails done. Extremely horrible I will never come back to a place like this ever ! And I hope you guys don’t either in a way I feel so angry because I don’t think anyone needs this treatment yet some people act like it’s okay.

I'm very very picky and particular about my nails but go have a book of $200 is absolutely outrageous!!!! They talk about people in their faces laughing and giggling as if no one notices. My nail tech tried her best to do my nails to my liking. She did a good job but not for that price. The fact that you charge MORE for using LESS polish will never make sense to me. Idk if they are pricing depending on skin color but I will be sending my friend in to get something similar and see what they charge her. I love the location but with how expensive they are I don't know if I want to even make them my regular spot.So I came back to get my nails done and I didn't like the way she did the design. So I picked something that was way less complex because I refuse to pay almost $200 for nails I don't like. Because the tech was upset that I didn't like it half way through she refused to do anything to my nails. I have no problem paying for services but I will not walk around looking like a fool to sooth someone's ego especially when I'm the one paying for it. I politely asked her to just change the design and she walked away but still wanted $35 for doing nothing..Will never go back and my friends that I referred I'll let them know to not even waste their time. This messed up my entire evening being I had plans for when I left but instead I have to hunt around to find someone else to do my nails
