Honestly, would be zero stars if there was that option. There is one letter carrier that has refused to deliver on our street unless nobody is within 50ft of the mail box. That is not an exaggeration. In fact, he said he wouldn't deliver unless there isn't one single car on the street. The letter carrier has even called the police on cars parked along the street, not even in front of the box. The police has told him on multiple occasions that the residents are in fact allowed to park there, but he still refuses to deliver. In three weeks, one delivery. Due to the fact he is part of the union, nothing can be done about this. Shame on the USPS.

Please actually attempt to deliver packages to homes and please get the addresses correct. Somebody in the sorting room must be stealing mail. Had several envelopes just dissappear.

My favorite post office ? I love the friendly, helpful workers here! It's a great place to get stuff shipped, and to rent a PO Box.

Excellent and attentive front desk staff. When I first moved to Monrovia, the office helped me fix confusion about my mailbox. The staff deserves a better facility, hope they can find some funding to get some updates!

There's a new staff running the front counter and i absolutely love them. They were friendly, courteous, and were incredibly patient with me when explaining how to ship a package overseas. Also i love the Winter decorations they have up! Very festive.

It says they close at 4:30, but they were already closed when I arrived. Staff was inside and acknowledged me, but still didn’t let me in even though they were still suppose to be open.

I understand that all of USPS is struggling right now to keep up with holiday shipments, however, everyone I've spoken to on the corporate line is very helpful and patient and even apologetic. The Monrovia office couldn't care less about its local customers! The one woman I've talked to a couple of times has been INCREDIBLY rude and cuts me off to say that "nothing is changed," or "it's not here," before she's even taken my tracking number (even today when I went in person). When I filed an issue report through USPS website the Manager of the Monrovia branch marked my issue as resolved even though there have been no updates on where my package is for over 2 weeks! When I called to understand why, he said, after 3 days I automatically mark it as resolved. Not only is the package im waiting on an expensive Christmas gift, but we are moving tomorrow. So now I will either have to wait who-knows-how-long for it to eventually get forwarded to my new home or drive an hour to pick it up.Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this branch. I have had to call this branch 2 or 3 times with trying to figure out of the package is lost or not as well as trying to change my address (then finally had to come in person to do that) and every time I have felt like they treat me like a huge burden for even calling or coming in.

I love this office. The staff is nice and the service is excellent. More like an old fashion post office in a village.

I was overcharged for 2 envelopes they charged me $3.90 each for something that cost 55 cents... the staff are rude and should take customer service 101 classes... Time to move to a different post office... BYEEE

Matching the address on a parcel to a mailbox or residence shouldn't be so difficult. I understand that you may be overwhelmed due to the new development and increasing population, but I will gladly take quality of service over quantity any day (doesn't appear I am getting much of either). Meaning, 1) I want to receive my mail from you and not my neighbors; 2) I want to know I WILL receive my mail; and 3) It would be nice to receive my mail within a reasonable timeframe. As of today, there are two very important letters I should've received days ago. I know this because my wife opt to receive images of incoming mail via email, and I saw the two letters I've been waiting on. Of the few items scanned, I've only received the junk mail portion of it. So that tells me that you've either sent the rest of my mail to the wrong address, you lost it, or you just couldn't find a way to deliver it the same day as the junk mail. Thanks a lot! Now I can worry about the possibility of someone having private and possibly credit-damaging information on me.(11/2/19) This past week I've received the key to the parcel box of two of my neighbors, and two of my packages were given to the wrong person -one which was "Delivered" but not to me...still missing. You might as well just dump everyone's mail in one large bin and let us sort it ourselves, because that's pretty much what's happening anyway. I'm so sick of this post office.*UPDATE*It appears that things have improved for our deliveries. I've had no issues with packages or mail in prior months. Also, the clerk's at the office have been incredibly helpful and nice, especially during the COVID-19 situation. I value their hard work during this time, as well as their improved customer service and experience.Thank you.
