“Took my 2014 escape in to get serviced and they did a great job! Only downside was it took a while to get done but wasn't their faults, a lot of the parts were hard to find and a lot of work needed to be done. All in all would recommend them to anyone inf Frederick!”

“Dorsey’s towing is the best towing company out there. Located in Frederick the owners are really nice and help u out as much as they can.The drivers for Dorsey’s are really good at there job. “Both companies I've worked with trust Marks for servicing their trucks. There are a handful of shops in Frederick, but Mark's is the best spot for towing, breakdowns, and PMs when you are just the average company with no contracts. They do quality work and earned their good reputation for me.”

“It's never a good time to be rear-ended and my first thought was having to deal with the inconvenience and stress of getting my car repaired. However, Top Gun Collision made the process as painless as possible. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Emily and she immediately took charge. My anxiety levels vanished as Emily dealt with the insurance company and setting up my car rental. She was helpful, friendly, and very professional. The damage to my car was then assessed by Sterling, who was extremely knowledgeable and respectful of my needs. He walked me through the repair process and any parts that needed to be ordered. Sterling stayed in touch, by text, throughout the entire process and kept me updated on every step. Overall, excellent customer service and the work was exceptional.
If I ever need repair work done again, I will definitely return to Top Gun Collision.”

“BIG TOW is the company you wanna have when you need towing/recovery services. They will guide You in the right direction. We are a small business, owner operator, our dump truck rolled over big tow was called to assist with the towing/recovery, our insurance stated we had no coverage for towing, the bill was $16.000 (yes, thousand) !!!! That's when big tow really helped us and guide us on why/how the insurance was saying wouldn't pay, anyways long story short thankfully with all efforts to help us out, big tow was a big part on "make" insurance pay to release the truck from their lot... This is the kind of people you'll need in your life in moments like this, they didn't had to help us out, even when we got a little irritated on the phone hearing a total of $16.000 to pay, ( notice, this was a big tri axle dump truck, rolled in his side in the middle of the road) they calmly helped us out... Oh, and they always answer the phone ? SO GRATEFUL BIG TOW!!!!!”

“I broke down near this garage, great customer service, however the prices seemed a little high, they quoted $1500 to replace my fuel pump. I paid the $100 diagnostic fee and had it towed to my mechanic who covered it under warranty”
