I called DDM Towing since my car wasn’t starting. On top of that, I locked my keys in my car. The lady who picked up was kind, helpful and efficient. She is the owner of DDM Towing & Service and was at my house in less than 15 minutes. She was able to unlock the car door and loaded the car onto the tow truck. We took the car to the auto repair store nearby and I was very happy with the whole experience. I highly recommend DDM Towing & Services. This is a 5 star review for a 5 star quality of service. Wonderful fast service, an extremely friendly and helpful woman answered the phone and was able to get me a tow (for $25 cheaper than the other place i called) after I had been waiting on my insurance company to find me a tow for two hours. I am extremely grateful that I am on my way home and my truck is being towed behind me. Truck driver was able to hook up my oversized truck in just a few minutes, and made me feel like I wasn’t a pain in the behind for calling for a tow at midnight in 32’ weather. If I need a tow in the future I will definitely call them.

We had a wonderful experience with DDM Towing & Recovery. Our car slid off the road in the snow and we had a hard time finding a company to take the call. Thankfully, DDM Towing & Recovery had a truck nearby. They were able to get to us quick and pull the car out easily for a reasonable price.

Super friendly and helpful staff! They where right there when I needed a tow, and treated me like I was a family member through the whole experience! The owner DJ is extremely knowledgeable about vehicles and gave me alot of great recommendations and knowledge to help get my vehicle back on the road! If I ever need towed again I'm definitely calling DDM towing!

Owner is very nice the company is always quick to respond for a tow and very fair on price. I was out and blew my motor in my truck at 3am and they were there to pick it up the next day at the time of my convenience. Very knowledgeable and experienced and know what they are doing.
