A 5 star rating isn't good enough to give North Harford Automotive. Because these guys are above that. I have had nothing but great experiences every time I've taken our vehicles here. Coming from a guy who works on cars for fun, I don't claim to know as much about automotive as these guys, but I know enough to understand everything they’ve fixed or replaced and why. And I can tell you 100% that Paul and his team are more than fair, fast, and precise.

I've been bringing my cars to Mr. Paul and his guys for my entire life, and I've never been disappointed by the service they've given me. They've always been upfront and honest with me about pricing and what my car needs and what it doesn't. I've made the mistake of going to other mechanics recently since I moved, and I've immediately regretted it. I go out of my way to take my car to North Harford Automotive because I know I'll be treated fairly, and that's more than I can say for most mechanics. Can't recommend enough!

Ive been bringing my cars and trucks here for service for over ten years. I have older vehicles and do my own routine maintenance like oil changes, brake pads, etc. when I can. But when significant repairs are needed or Im too busy to do get normal maintenance done, this is my go-to mechanic shop. They always do good work at reasonable cost. They complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner, keep the customer informed of findings, progress, and any unexpected issues and get your approval for any extra work. The people that work here - at the counter and in the shop - are friendly and polite and seem to enjoy working on cars and are glad to discuss the details and options with you. No gimmicks, no teaser specials, no selling you work you dont need. Just solid, reliable, quality automotive service.

Went there two times for the same service that wasn’t done properly. Have to go somewhere else for a third time that is going to cost me again, would not recommend this place to anybody would search around for other mechanics

These guys are the place to go. Paul the owner is awesome… he can anticipate what you’re going to need and also has a great sense of humor. The entire staff is friendly & professional. I broke down one morning on the way to work and drifted onto their lot. They replaced my alternator same day for a fair price. I would use them for service I couldn't perform myself.

I have taken my trucks to these guys many times and they have done good work every time. My starter failed while driving down the road. The truck stalled out and would not restart. I called North Harford Automotive to see if I could get it towed there. They sent a mechanic out with a jump box and I was drive my truck to North Harford Automotive to get repaired. They saved me $$ on the tow. Good luck getting Meineke Lube Boy's to come help you when you're stranded on the road. These guys go out of their way and are honest with their customers. Very good people. Many thanks to the crew @ North Harford Automotive.
