Just an update with my findings. My breeder was kind of enough to overnight another dewormer for our puppy. Ever since we gave him his second dewormer, the diarrhea stopped. Just as we and our breeder suspected. If Mount Carmel would of listened and gave our puppy a second dewormer in the first place, this could have all been avoided and we would have saved the $400 on the emergency visit. Which brings me back to my original conclusion that this vet only cares about extracting as much money as possible from their clients. Don't let the nice facility fool you.

Dr. Morsberger is not only incredibly kind, but she is also understanding of the chaos in daily life outside of pets. She was so wonderful, and got my kitty diagnosed and started on a treatment plan within 24 hours. She continues to call and check on us to make sure all is going well (it’s going great, thanks to her!) I can’t wait to switch all of my pets over to her! Also, the girl who I spoke with on the phone was SO nice, along with the vet techs I encountered on both of my visits.

We have been clients with Dr Fox and Dr Steele et al since 1996. Their entire hospital- all the doctors and staff are amazing- knowledgeable and compassionate. This past weekend my cavalier King Charles ate trash and ended up w a bowel obstruction- and I had to leave town for a family emergency. They immediately had us drop her off- took her to surgery and when my husband picked her up he forgot her meds/ insulin and was taking her to PA for overnight care. One of the staff members drove to PA in the torrential rain storms and brought the items to him! Barb called the next morning to check on her/ us. Just a wonderful team and “good” experience despite the current chaos I was dealing with. Thank you!! We appreciate your care !!

They are a little bit of a drive for me but I wish I went here years ago. They are a touch pricey, but I'd rather pay more for quality doctors who care about animals and are thorough. The extra steps they go through may cost a touch more, they will present to you all the options, but it is worth every penny. They have a lifetime customer in me.

I really cannot say enough about how caring and compassionate everyone we encountered here was. Although we had to unfortunately say good bye to our best friend and companion of 12 years after several months of doing everything to fight her illness. The staff could not have been more kind and empathetic to my wife and me. Throughout the visits, the bills were very reasonable. We recently moved to the area, and after visiting vets in PA as well as in AZ, their prices were fair and I felt that the Dr always put the best interest of our baby first and never felt like we were being charged or brought back for unnecessary visits. We will continue to bring our other pets here from now on!

I’ve always loved the care they’ve given all my dogs over the years. From the front desk staff to the techs to all the vets including especially DR’s Fox and Morseberger, the excellent service and compassion is genuine. I just had my 18 year old elderly, frail dog groomed as it was medically necessary he be done and loved both the look and the sensitive way in which he was handled. Totally recommend this group. THANKS!

This vet practice is excellent. Yes, you pay a little more. But you get more, including Sunday hours! I love that the vets are willing to work sundays because when your fur baby is sick you want to get them help right away, not wait until Monday. The vet techs are great, the front desk staff is top notch, and the building is beautiful. Thank you MCAH for keeping our pets in the Hereford Zone healthy!

Dr. Mara Howard is the sweetest vet I've ever met. I have a large bully breed dog and other vets I've gone to have acted terrified of him. He is dog reactive and they always accommodate me by bringing us right to a room. They are so prompt with scheduling and I never have trouble getting an appointment. I wouldn't take my dog anyplace else!
