Last summer, my boyfriend and I went to start our search for an engagement ring. Keith tried to get us to buy a lab created diamond. He kept focusing on lab created diamond, saying he can get me anything I want for $5,000. Lab created diamond's are a joke. They are worth nothing. You can't resell them. No resale value whatsoever. I was looking for a genuine diamond engagement ring. I can't recommend this place.

My husband and I came to get two rings from our grandparents resized to wear as our wedding bands. Mr. Nusinov and his team were so helpful and supportive for two jewelry newbies! We were so impressed with how everyone helped us find the right sizes to ask for, how quickly he was able to complete the work and how reasonable his prices were! We are very excited to have such sentimental pieces restored and be able to wear them!

I'm so happy with my experience at Keith Nusinov Jewelers! I brought a few diamond rings in to be repurposed as a pendant. Andrea knew exactly what I was envisioning and Keith brought it to life. The final product was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this business!

I made the mistake of taking a high end sterling silver and gold travel clock in for repair. Mr. Nusinov told me how capable his 90 some year old Dad was at clock repair and I left the store thinking I had left it in great hands. Later when they called to say it was ready to pick up, I went into the store and picked up the clock and paid in excess of $500 and left thrilled that my clock was ready for another 50 years! Only it wasn't. In fact it would stop running and this happened all the time. The clock could not be relied on to tell the time. I returned with the clock, Nusinov Sr. was not there at that time. I was assured he would get to it soon and I would have it back in a timely manner. That was over a year ago. I stopped about four months later and found that the clock was all apart and not fixed. I'm out over $500 and still have no clock. Mr. Nusinov may be a fine horologist but he has yet to fix my clock and apparently he never checked it out before having me come in to pick it up. Perhaps my clock was beyond his abilities but he shouldn't have taken it in the first place if that were true. In a year's time I have not heard from them at all. I guess I am out my money and have a broken clock. I am not happy with Nusinov's. Will they make it right? Time will tell.

OMG!! Keith restored my wedding ring!! My ring bent into pentagon shape ??♀️ and had been beating up pretty bad!! But Keith restored and brought my beautiful ring back to life!!! I’m so grateful!I highly recommend Keith Nusinov Jewelers!!!

Keith Nusinov is a miracle worker. My engagement ring went through the garbage disposal. I thought for sure it was beyond repair and I would need a whole new band. Keith worked his magic with the laser and fixed every dent. It looks beautiful! I can't believe it's the same ring. I am so thankful I went to Keith and I will never go anywhere else for jewelry repair. He is the best!

Great small family owned business that has a big heart! Experienced, knowledgeable, and most importantly, welcoming!! Andrea and Keith are so very friendly when you enter their store. They make you fell like more than just a customer. They listen to what you want and can help you find that perfect piece of jewelry. I have shopped there for many, many years and have the most beautiful, quality jewelry from them. Please do yourself a favor and check them out! Much more personable than those big box chain jewelers in my opinion.

Outstanding service! Keith Nusinov provided us honest, knowledgeable service with no pressure and a great price. He even did a minor bracelet repair for us free of charge....and we didn't even buy it from him. Thanks to him and his wife, my now fiance LOVES her engagement ring and we WILL be getting our bands from him. 10/10!!

I lost 50% of my weight and was not sure if my rings could be resized. This place is AMAZING!! I went from a sz 7 to a sz 4 and they sized my rings flawlessly. They had them ready in 1 day!! Truly impressed! They also have gorgeous jewelry ??Will be coming back!
