When I picked up my car, I almost didn’t recognize it because it look as beautiful as it did the day I bought it new!! The repair was PERFECT. My car was cleaned and polished both outside AND inside - even though nothing in the interior needed repair. I fell in love with my car all over again.Additionally, the price was clearly quoted and explained before I scheduled the repair, and the final bill was LESS than the price quoted.I am very satisfied with Carty’s.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Took my ‘21 Tahoe in after it was hit. Kelly’s got me in as soon as all the parts were available and after taking the damaged area apart discovered more damage than the insurance adjuster had found. They took care of the added parts, cost etc and dealing with the other insurance company. When they completed the repairs my wife said the car looked better than when we bought it (we bought it new from the dealer). Couldn’t have had a better experience. Highly recommend.”

He's always been very honest to us, he never tries to add extra work on for us, and usually tries to find the most affordable route to fix what's wrong with the vehicle.Sometimes there is a wait to get your car in, but I have all my bigger mechanical work needed , that's not covered under my dealer warranty her,. “Edited/ update: i got my corollas left side mirror replaced as it was damaged on 1/17/23. I only had one problem with them and here it is. When they replaced the whole mirror i noticed there was no defrost sign on it so i asked if it has that function because the original one had it, I just found out now with the winter weather change that mirror does not have the defrost in Nov23. Steve the manager was kind enough to call me and acknowledge the issue and gave me a quick appointment to get the correct part for the mirror and resolve the issue. Much appreciated service!”

“We just had our car repaired ($26k in damages). We are very happy with the end result. I was nervous taking it there because of other bad reviews. They took our car in right away (picked it up the next day since it wasn't drivable) and had it finished in 4 weeks. All other shops in the area couldn't get us an initial appointment for at least 30-40 days. I will 100% use them again.”
