The location here is the worst when it comes to customer service. If you ever visit this location, expect one cashier usually with a long line, and self checkout is a joke, no cash access, and you have to keep waiting for the overseer to keep clearing your check out station. I have addressed this before (6 months ago) with the store manager and of course nothing has changed. So I have decided to go to Shoppers right down the street. Too many of these grocery chains take their customers for granted, I guess this is their way of eliminating jobs, and still making a profit for management bonuses. They don't care about us having to wait in long lines as long as they are getting our dollars .????????

I have been coming to this Weis for over 3 years and it has changed. I occasionally order from a shopper of some sort and there have been some items that had expired and my meat have not been fresh or not exactly what should be in the package like smoke turkey wings would have 2 wing tips and a huge turkey drum but I was charged for smoke turkey wings. And I'm writing this review about it because it has not been the first time. Being the price of food had gone up at least the consumer should get what they pay for and get it fresh. Thanks for listening to my 2 cents.

I love the store selections and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Tayanna went the extra mile, her customer service was extraordinary, she was a much needed breath of fresh air. Very hands on

Terrible, terrible, terrible supermarket, shelves are always half empty, their self check out doesn’t work properly and the cashier stand around looking at extremely long check out line with their arms folded. I only go here where I absolutely have to.

So I only went to get some sparkling water. And I found that they don't have much of a selection. But if you like La Croix, this is the place for you. They got a BUNCH of that. I detest La Croix. Therefore, it was a limited selection for me. I will not be frequenting Weis when I want sparkling water. But overall, it is a decent store with nice self checkout lanes and good customer service.

There are few items, the dishes are full of bugs, Haagen-Dazs is more expensive than others, and a bunch of black people park the car indiscriminately

The Shopping experience in the store is beyond horrible and that’s being nice. There is no reason this store should be without a several cahiers because the self-checkout is an atrocity. I generally travel 2 miles past this store to Target simply because of the checkout process. Bring back the front-end staff.

"Weis has earned the record for having the slowest and laziest employees in the entire USA. They will do everything except help customers. They have hired teenagers who are unwilling to work, busy on their phones, and simply passing time."
