The customer service at this location is AWFUL! The lady with short hair that works there has the nastiest attitude. I feel like I’m bothering her when she provides a service I am paying for???The last encounter is the last time I will use this UPS location. I approached the door about 5 minutes before the store closed on a Saturday. I had a large mirror in a cart because it was too heavy for me to carry. As I approached the door a customer was leaving out of the store. A staff member locked the door in my face. I asked her through the glass if she could please accept the mirror. She said the owner says no. It was not yet 2pm, closing time. I had to struggle to get the mirror out of the cart and back into my car. I now go out of my way to the UPS store in the Wegman’s shopping center in Largo.

No issues with the staff. Just make sure you don't go during peak hours.

Decent UPS, I've just had to drop off packages here. The line can be long and service can be slow sometimes but so are most UPS stores. Parking is free and is directly in front of the store.

"I went to the UPS store located in Woodmore Town Centre and had the best customer service experience I have received in a very long time. Kristen with a "K" assisted me and was very helpful. She not only assisted me with patience and expertise, but also helped to mail my package in the most efficient and cost effective way possible. They had two printers and they claimed none of them were working. They were of no help whatsoever except for one lady, the rest of them just ignored me.

I regret setting up a mailbox at this location.. my GOD!!! It's like everyone there is in some kind of daze or in their own world.. very weird and frustrating interactions everytime I go..

I went there to drop off an Amazon return. I didn’t have a box and they charged me almost $4 for an envelope. They refused to accept the return until I paid for it, even though I return things all the time at this location without packaging and was never charged a dime prior. They care more about money than customer service. I’m avoiding this location and only going to the one on Crain Highway or Kohl’s to do my returns. It just seems like anything goes here and it’s ridiculous. I called corporate to complain about them. If they contact me and try to tell me anything other than what’s typical, I’m not buying it.

They charge over $3 just to print but don’t even know how to work their own computer and printer. I spent half of my visit trying to figure it out on my own. You can’t work at a UPS store and not know these things.

I can always count on stellar service at this location. I had to mail a package to my Son and did not have a box for shipping. Everyone was very kind, professional and Helpful in ensuring I had a box and the correct size. They printed out a label for me after requesting the shipping information verbally and ensure my package was headed to the correct address. My Son received the package on time as promised by the UPS Team. My experience was a breath of fresh air after leaving the Largo location where the service was not up to par. I have always used this location and will never stray again!

On September 17th I visit the UPS Store to send back an return. While waiting in line I asked an associate (Rosa or Rose) with an apron on do she work here she said yes I proceed to ask her for help, she told me that I would need to log into the computer to print out the label in a rude manner I asked her how and she said I don't know how and i said you work here correct she said yep and continuously to go back and forth with me, I said so you going to go back and forth with me as a customer she said Yep! I ask for the manager she said I am the manager! I said i will be writing a letter to corporate she said go right ahead. I could go on and on about her unprofessionalism, rudeness and lack of customer service! I will never patronize that establishment EVER again!
