I'm so happy that my painting contractor suggested I use Sherwin Williams paint to complete a bathroom renovation. The website prepared me with a wide selection of color swatches that I could easily find the next day. And I printed out a coupon! Store personnel listened to me describe the need for a paint to handle moisture and resist mold, problems that we had before. They answered questions. I saw a display of business cards to help consumers find professional painters and home repair people in the local area. A staffer brought the 2 gallons to my car, at curbside pickup. There were Wow! Kudos to the Sherwin-Williams store at Mitchellville Plaza in Prince George's County..my neighborhood store!

Sherwin-Williams Mitchellville, MD is the worst location I've visited in America. Employees here are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and DOWNRIGHT EVIL. Obviously miserable! I called to report a rude black male employee (1/11/22)who literally lie about the availability of paint, either due to ignorance or hatefulness, just to hang up on a black female employee (1/12/22 @ 5:20 pm) who could not keep her trap shut long enough for me to get a word in. These people lack basic communication and customer service skills. Nobody's minding that store. Corporate office need to send in spy-shoppers to catch them in the act, and FIRE those sore apples on the spot. I will never enter that place again. I'd rather eat nails.

Worst experience ever, more than three bad experiences in less than 4 days
Didn’t go somewhere else cause this the closest store in a 10 mi radio.
Emily didn’t wear uniform and i heard when she said she wishes not to be busy on that day since she went to a party last night and didn’t rest well.
4th and last time I’m coming to this store.
