“The care at One World is top notch. Our daughter has been in the infant and now Toddler classes for the last 1.5 years and is well cared for and in good hands. The center coordinates many activities for the children to engage them throughout the day. We raised minor concerns about communication and they were addressed immediately. With their hours from 6:30-6:30 this works great for our family’s schedule. Our second child will be starting at the center in the new year. We cannot say enough about One World and would recommend them to any family!”

“My daughter has been at this daycare for a little over a year. As a a teacher and educator myself, I am very happy with the care and education my daughter is receiving at Little Miracles. We are so lucky to have found Ms. Carla. As a new mom and coming out of the pandemic, I was more than anxious to send my little one to a daycare. Little Miracles has been wonderful for my daughter and for our family.When we were first looking for daycare centers, we were struggling to find a center that we could afford and one that had room. Within an hour of contacting Ms. Carla that first summer, we were able to hear back from her and schedule an appointment to see the facility. At the time, we needed to tour while there were no kids there (of course due to the pandemic), but we were so thrilled by how our daughter took to Ms. Carla.When our daughter started, Ms. Carla assured us that our little one was happy and cared for by sending picture updates and all the fun little crafts home. She was active, learning, and playing. Our little pandemic baby was so fulfilled.The curriculum is rigorous and keeps our little one always coming home with new things she has learned. For a day care, the learning is age appropriate and challenging. Along with all the crafts, ABCs, counting, now days of the week and months have been taught to my daughter (she astounds me every week by the new things she is learning) - Ms. Carla is the one who potty trained my baby and helped us follow the routine at home. Without her, I have no idea how I would have done it. Seriously, she knows kids and she is the professional.Ms. Carla has been steadfast with her Covid protocols and this has helped her daycare stay safe and clean for all kids. The center is much smaller than other comparable centers which is best for our daughter. Ms. Carla and her team is attentive, caring, and treats all kids like her own.As a family, we deeply appreciate her service, her love towards our little butterfly, and her guidance and grace for us as new parents to support us in this journey together.”

“I have to say my son has excelled since starting at Celebree back in July. I was not sure how he would adjust since this was his first experience in daycare. Mrs. Cossil has been amazing. He’s learning all his colors, numbers and forming relationships with his peers. He loves to tell me about his day and how Mrs Cossil is his best friend. “Educare is a magical and wonderful place! The staff and teachers are amazing. Our 2 children attend and we adore it.TEACHERS: are amazing! Everyone is so friendly, professional and helpful. Most of the teachers know our kids by name even if they are not in their class.FACILITIES: The facilities are beautiful with friendly inviting furniture and toys. The playgrounds and grounds are top notch.CLASSES: Our 2 year old and 4 year old adore their friends and teachers. In our 2 year old class they send detailed logs of eating, diapers and sleep. They check in every day to see our our daughter did overnight and they let us know if anything is ever off. They only allow family’s on campus.PROGRAMS: they have monthly virtual wellness and support groups. Each family has a Family Engagement Specialist who checks in frequently to make sure you have everything you need. Ours Ms. Black is outstanding!INCLUSION: they are committed to inclusion and our childrens special needs are respected and uplifted. They have all Early Intervention services right on campus and Ms. Nora is great at communicating.We highly recommend Educare for all DC residents. As a Head Start site, all DC residents are eligible and they hold most spots for folks based on income. So even if you don’t think you’ll get a spot, just apply! We are so glad that we did!!!”

“During the covid lockdown we lost access to our daycare and were scrambling to find a daycare that was open. A friend recommended curious critters and while we would have taken any port in that storm we have been very happy with the care our son has received here and continued sending him there even once things began to open up. My son genuinely loves his teachers and talks about them all the time at home. He is learning quite a bit and every day comes home with new vocabulary. And I really love that the staff here encourage development across the board, from eating with proper utensils to potty training, and they are happy to work with parents to help the kids succeed. On top of everything we can tell a ton of planning goes into their days there. Every week has a theme that carries over from the books they read and the projects they do to the food that is served for breakfast and lunch.”

“I finally found this place again! I used to go here years ago from the age of 3 or 4 to 8. It was an amazing daycare, there was always so much to do and they always had fantastic day trips to the pool, skate rink, and bowling. My sister also stayed here when she was growing up. We both have great memories from here and made so many friends. If you're looking for a good place to leave your kid for after school care or summer camp then this is it. All wonderful memories for us.”

“After searching for a good daycare to send our daughter to that will fit our schedule after the pandemic, we finally picked Tabernacle Learning Center (TLC). Oh yes, we read the reviews and for a moment we nearly crossed them out but decided to try them by ourselves and we are glad we did. Our daughter graduated in June this year and she is in kindergarten now. TLC is a Christian daycare. They teach the children about God. My daughter was able to pray and sing beautiful Christian songs by the time she graduated. Her teachers were phenomenal. Ms Mona, Ms Remi, Ms Tehillah and Ms Bridget were her favorites. She still cries to go and visit. TLC really prepared our daughter for kindergarten and she was able to read simple books by herself. Currently she is doing exceptionally well and her kindergarten teacher loves her too. You will not regret entrusting the care of your child to TLC”
