“I went for Notary services. I went to this shop because they had helped my husband with a large package return. There was no wait, even though there were other customers there. Femi was quick and efficient. I realized later I had made an error and returned to the shop. Awa kindly offered to help me until Femi was available. Plus, I was then able to ship my documents from the Hyattsville location. They appreciated my honesty and taking responsibility for my error. They were easy to talk to, very friendly, and happy to be of service. Should I need anything in the future, I will return to PostNet Hyattsville, which just happens to be my local store.”

“So I ordered a package that required a signature on delivery, and unfortunately, neither I or my family would be available to receive this package during the scheduled delivery time. However, FedEx offers an option to hold a package at an "authorized FedEx distribution center" for pickup, and this location was suggested. As a distribution center, I truly did not know what to expect, because it did not specify what type of business location-i.e. FedEx store vs. FedEx counter within a convenience store vs. a FedEx mass shipping center. Come to find out, it's a small privately-owned (?) mail courier service store, and advertises as an authorized shipper for UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. The place is relatively small but neat, and the customer service was friendly and efficient. However, finding the exact location was a bit of a hassle, but I did find it after using another gps system, and saw that it's located at the back corner of Forestville Plaza. There's plenty of free parking, and it does not seem like a busy location-but I could be wrong. And you can have any mail or package shipped from here, or have mail/packages arrive here for free pickup-depending on your courier company. Overall, I highly recommend!”
“My husband ordered a pair of swimming trunks off Amazon and they didn’t fit correctly. I set up a return with Amazon and went to UPS to drop it off. I didn’t realize that Amazon had changed their rules and I now needed a bag or box to put it in. It was definitely my fault for not paying attention, but the UPS store was kind enough to offer a bag for me to us. I know that they didn’t have to do that. They have signs up everywhere, but I really appreciate the guy helping me out. I’ll definitely use this store again because I received excellent customer service.”

“It’s crazy that I’m seeing so many negative reviews for this location. I’ve never had any issues with the customer service here. The gentleman and both ladies I’ve encountered many times over the eight years I’ve lived in Upper Marlboro have been friendly and helpful. They get my packages processed quickly and I’m out the door in a flash.”
