Let me start by saying beautiful garments! However, the level of customer service is disappointing . They are not only rude, but they for some reason only engage with their own people. They don't acknowledge you when you enter the establishment, they don't offer any type of assistance while shopping and they are condescending when speaking to customers. I would never spend any of my hard earned money in a establishment that treats their potential patrons in such a terrible regard.

I came here in search of a dress for my wedding and I had such a wonderful experience. The store is small but they have a really nice selection of dresses, particularly from my two favorite designers, jovani and Sherri hill. The wonderful ladies working at the store were so helpful and attentive. They gave helpful feedback and really helped the process move along by helping me get all zipped up, moving dresses in and out of my fitting room, and organizing the ones I was deciding between. When I finally decided on my dress they all asked if I was saying yes to the dress and clapped for me. They really made me feel special, and it was a lovely experience. Thank you!

Agree with the user below that service was horrible. Also SHADY-- lady working (I think manager?) told me they didn't have my size in the style I was looking for, so she suggested another store nearby that would have my size for me to try on. Then she says if I call in with the style number of the dress I pick she can order it for me with $150 off. So I proceed to do this and when I call the store to order the dress I want they're suddenly like "only $50 off" WHAT?? That basically only covers the cost of gas I spent driving around in rush hour on a Friday. They basically backed down from what they promised and it was total B.S. When I went back to the other store yesterday they of course had already sold the dress in the meantime so now I'm screwed. Ladies, BUY THE DRESS if you like it I'm kicking myself over and over right now while frantically trying to find something

I bought my daughter's prom dress today and I cannot say enough about the great customer service and beautiful collection of dresses. Thank you for of all your help today in making this a wonderful experience for my daughter.

A friend of mine visited this establishment and was appalled with how she was treated. This is her review and a place I will not be visiting Today, I visited Nagwa's Designer Collections, in Mitchellville, MD, and was treated horribly by the owner and 2 of her customer-friends. The owner snarled at me like a rabid pit bull & I kept looking to make sure she wouldn't attack me. I'm so serious! She didn't say anything to me, but the stink eye & face spoke very loud. She made it very clear, that if you're not from her country, you're not welcomed to shop. I was taken aback by her ugly behavior and hope after she reads my review, she'll think twice about parading NASTY customer service!

Thank you for your kindness & professionalism! My daughter & I shopped a different formal dress store closer to home and they were not nearly as nice, helpful & professional. WELL worth the short trip from Baltimore! My daughter is happy with her dress & I am beyond happy with the customer service!!
