Right from the beginning, she was very helpful and caring in assessing and advising me on what would be proper and updated coverage for my family and I. Recently, Jodi guided me through a windshield replacement on a Tesla. For a background, Tesla repairs and insurance companies do not mix. However, Jodi took care of my claim personally to ensure that it would happen and happen smoothly! The MVA could never be half as fast. Big insurance companies seemed like they wanted my left kidney as collateral. lol. But here, I got a great price with no hassle in my opinion based on searching around at multiple insurance companies. I was so frustrated yesterday with all these high quotes I was getting. This place is so calming and easy. I was able to take a deep breath after speaking to John over the phone and in person. He did the insurance portion. The lady that did my tags, title and registration was amazing as well. I’m so glad that I decided to call Roadway. Please call for the address because the location has changed and Googles address for them isn’t updated. They’re in Laurel. But 10 out of 10 I’d highly recommend.”
