“I ran over a large screw, with the washer intact, while I was out running errands.I Googled the nearest tire shop this shop was suggested.It was drizzling on that day. I pulled into the lot and the mechanic came to my truck and I told him what I needed. He instructed me to turn my wheel a certain way then proceeded to repair my tire, while I was still seated in my truck. I would say it took slightly over 10 minutes from start to finish.I have driven pass this establishment, many many times and never knew this place existed!”

We were unsure of the neighborhood and weren't confident that this location would even open its doors to us. Not only did they do so, they were extremely friendly, made a joke which made us feel better and let us take up a little space on the property to get situated to get back on the road! “I've been taking my vehicles here for the past 20 years and Sean has always taken great care of my cars . I had a new starter installed in December 2022 and yesterday 5-31-2023 it died . I called Sean and he said it was still under warranty and to bring it in . Gibbs Towing ( great company ) towed my car there last evening . Today , 6/1/23 I called around 1pm and Sean said he was finished and good to come get my car . Fee : Nothing !!! He replaced it and I'm back on the road ! Thanks , Sean ! I highly recommend this location .”

“I have used Fairland for 20 years,they are honest and fair. Their mechanics are very skilled and will do their best to get you serviced. After having friends tell me everything from stripped drain plugs ,forgot to put in oil, wrong filter which was starving the engine for oil ,not changing the filter at all,using regular oil and charging for synthetic, even taking the fork bolt out instead of the drain bolt on a manual trans Camaro which caused it to skid to a halt one quarter of a mile from the service center"he had to take them to small claims court to get the repair paid for, you can keep your 30.00 oil change. You can keep your repairs performed by people who pay more attention to their phones than you car. I own a business which my vans are critical to stay on schedule. They have bent over backwards to get the parts and get me back on the road.I don't want the cheapest ,I want the best. I also like the consideration I get as a regular customer.What say you?”
