Due to a mix-up in office hours, thought sure we drove an hour for nothing. But customer service went out of their way to get thi gs set up by phone even tho we were paying cash. Very good dealing with the staff!

We were with Vault Storage (formerly East Coast Storage) for 10 years and never had any issues. I would recommend this facility to anyone. The only reason we left was to relocate.

Rick was very friendly, and accommodating when looking for unit last minute. Units were clean and perfect size compared to others! Prices are great and management was super helpful!!!

I had the double storage unit for about 1.5 years. The location was clean and well lit. New paint on the doors really made it look bright. Easy access and plenty of room to move around when loading and unloading. Nice wide roads.
