Yeah service is terrible. We went here for a quick bite as we were attending a Ravens training camp at the nearby Archbishop Spalding High School. They just threw the food out and left as I was asking for a bag. After 4-5 times of saying “excuse me” and being ignored by all 3 staff members, I raised my voice in a way they couldn’t ignore me and one of the ladies burst out saying that I need to pay for a bag at the front desk. My coworker asked if Wawa usually uses fresh meat, and another lady slammed the food on saying “Man this is Wawa, we do frozen only”, again, in an aggressive tone. The thing is we are a food partner of the ravens’ player and all of us there were from upper management. We have our own background in food and restaurant operations; that is very much our job. We are far busier than “Wawa” and our employees would never treat customers like this. Save your time and go somewhere else.

The service at the prepared food area is horrible. Example, ordered chicken corn chowder soup. They didn't have any and seemed confused on what to do next. Another example, ordered two smoothies at the in store touch screen. After making the smoothies, the employee put them on a shelf for mobile pickup!! Left me standing there wondering what was taking so long. Constantly messing up orders!!

Ordered a 10 inch sub with medium mayo. How does "Mayo RTop" equate to having mayo on the sandwich. I expected mayo to be, at least on the whole R. Side of the sandwich. Please consider changing the computer so that the consumer knows exactly what lite, medium, and extra may really means when it's put on the sub. #DoesItReallyMatterWhatThe

I only ordered a chicken noodle soup and it was 90% broth and 10% noodles/chicken/etc. the service was fast but upsetting.

If no one's ever said it, I'll be the first to say Marilyn does not have enough Wawa locations. This particular location is my favorite type. It has a gas station as well as a convenience center that makes food cooked to order and also drink not alcoholic drinks though lol this is a place that doesn't disappoint, there's cleanliness, friendliness, and they make their food with love. I love the chicken salad club and also some of their hot hoagies. Their soups are good and a couple other items and I love to leave with a double shot caramel frozen coffee try it out. The ones with the fuel station usually always have pretty clean public restrooms as well.
Parking: Plenty of parking and plenty of pumps for gas
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking and lower ground for wheelchair riding

I came here and prepaid twice for gas, was having issues with the pump and I informed the manager. She was rude did not help me and when the pump I had just left finally went through with the money I paid someone else stole the $40 in gas I paid for and she told me to go tell them to give me my money instead of refunding me or doing anything to help. She is condescending rude and zero help. I would not recommend coming here ever.
