From the very beginning, everyone at SYN Lawn of Chesapeake Bay was excellent. The first phone call with Kaitlyn was very informative and she got “the ball rolling”. They had a lot of patience with my project and everything worked out great. The install crew came and did an EXCELLENT job then the finish team came in and did a GREAT job too. Fantastic company to work with. Every single person I came in contact with along the way was professional. Synthetic lawns are expensive but I couldn't be happier with the results. I have 3 dogs and selected an option that is durable so that they can run around, play tug-of-war and there's no wear and tear. I spend so much time out on my patio now and highly recommen SYNLawn Chesapeake Bay.

Unable to reach through phone even during business hours, and priced high with no negotiation on price. Poor communication and customer service. Look elsewhere.

We have worked with SYNLawn Chesapeake Bay on both of our townhouses. We had a much smaller yard in our first house and with big dogs could not grow grass. Upon moving into our new house, it quickly became apparent that we were going to have the same issue with growing grass. While it is an investment, it is so worth it! No mud coming in the house, kid and pet friendly. We have 2 dogs and they have run back and forth for the last two years and the turf is still in excellent condition. Kaitlyn and her team are super responsive and it's not just for the sale, she has continued to be responsive to any questions or concerns we have had after both installations. I would highly recommend using SYNLawn Chesapeake.

First and foremost SYNLawn Chesapeake Bay is a very well run company.This was apparent throughout our process - from initial contact to the onsite visit to the job estimate to the job installation and through project completion checkout and payment.For our residential backyard project (approximately 1000 ft.²), being comfortable with these milestones was really important and all involved staff were knowledgeable, friendly and customer centric. Their website and mission statement certainly indicated this would be the case and they clearly walked the talk.Our situation was a relatively small backyard and between the tree canopy and playing fetch with our small dog our lawn was pretty much a mess and a muddy mess after rain and during the winter. We had SYNBlue 949 installed and the result was beautiful - best of all it will remain beautiful into the future with minimal effort.This was a significant investment and for anyone considering it given all that needs to be done from materials to needed equipment to depth of company personnel - it’s prudent to use a company totally dedicated to synthetic turf installation for insuring a great result. Our experience couldn’t have been better and we highly recommend SYNLawn Chesapeake Bay.Service: Artificial turf installation
