I’ve used them twice and both times it has been fantastic! They do quality work in a timely manner.
I was even more impressed the last time. I used them after getting in a car accident. The insurance sent me to one rental car location and they recommended I change locations because the original one was unreliable. Because of them I had a great rental car experience. They truly care about their customers.

So, I’m an idiot and stripped this bolt when I was installing a bed rail in my truck. I got it jammed up really good and couldn’t get it out. They agreed to take a look and squeeze me in the schedule. They tried a couple of things and eventually realized that another shop might have better tools to remove it without damaging the rail and bed liner. They offered to still give it a shot using a different method but I declined so I could try another specialty shop. They gave me a reference and didn’t even charge me for taking a look. I don’t expect that every time but I think it says a lot about them when they’ll recommend possibly another shop that’s more suitable to your problem. I’ll be more willing to trust them in the future because of this experience!

Severna Park Auto Body was a great choice to repair my rear fender that was damaged from being rear ended. Everyone was friendly and very communicative by phone and email. The estimating process was quick and easy and the repair turned out great. The on-site mechanic was even able to change my oil and check my breaks while the car was there. Overall a great experience!

Severna Park Auto Body was on a list of repair shops provided by my insurance company and I'm glad I chose them. Everything from my initial phone call to them through the repair process was excellent (the staff was friendly and helpful). They provided my insurance with the estimate and handled all the documentation directly with them. The repairs were made promptly and my car was ready when originally indicated. The work they performed was excellent and I am extremely satisfied. I would definitely use them again, if needed, and highly recommend them to anyone needing body work on their vehicle.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Severna Park Auto Body! They are kind, responsive, and honest when assessing what is needed and making recommendations for body work. On top of that, their work is well-done and top quality. I even stopped by for a minor dent and they fixed it immediately, free of charge! I highly recommend the team at Severna Park Auto Body, especially Jeremy!

Extremely helpful! Stopped in to get an estimate for a piece of loose trim. He came out and looked and fixed it on the spot, and wouldn’t take payment. Appreciate the honesty and kindness!! Would definitely recommend and use again.

I would not go anywhere else for autobody repair! Severna Park autobody is excellent. My car looks brand new and my car was ready as promised. Jeremy, Desiree and Scott are very helpful and they keep you posted on the details as well as when to expect your vehicle to be ready. I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience at Severna Park Auto Body in Millersville. I want to share my concerns regarding the quality of service and repairs I received.1. Tire Replacement and Brand Switch: Shockingly, upon retrieving my vehicle, I discovered that my front two tires had been replaced with a different brand without my consent. This demonstrates a complete disregard for customer preferences and raises concerns about their integrity.2. Intake Damage and Inadequate Repairs: To my dismay, I found a significant hole in my intake system after the repairs were completed. This points to a lack of attention to detail and insufficient repair work.3. Mishandled Front Bumper: Despite the damage being limited to the back bumper, the shop inexplicably removed and improperly reattached my front bumper. An inspection by another mechanic revealed that all the clips inside the front bumper were broken, resulting in a noticeable gap near the front headlight. Such shoddy workmanship is unacceptable.4. Vehicle Downtime and Post-Service Issues: Astonishingly, my vehicle was kept at Severna Park Auto Body for a staggering 18 days. Regrettably, as soon as I drove off the lot, my car started overheating. This sudden issue, occurring immediately after the repairs, is deeply concerning. Prior to bringing it to their shop, I had experienced no such problems during the two months of owning the vehicle.5. Potential Racial Profiling: I can’t help but raise my concerns about potential racial profiling during my interactions with the staff at Severna Park Auto Body. While this aspect alone doesn’t reflect their technical expertise, it is crucial to address any discriminatory treatment within the customer service experience.I strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to Severna Park Auto Body. Their unprofessional conduct, substandard repairs, prolonged vehicle downtime, and potential racial profiling experiences make them an unreliable choice. I urge you to seek out reputable and trustworthy alternatives for your automotive needs.Service: Body & Trim
