I love my royal farms , and I feel as though Cory Cogswell would make a Hugh difference by being part of your mgmt. Team , she is very professional + knows how to really deal with situations ( customers + fellow employees, I feel as though she would be a great leader, and this store needs more organization, which she has that drive , our community needs someone like her , ,our Royal Farms is a big part of our everyday life, We need someone like her to keep this store running the way it should , ,, Fast Professional, ,and to keep this community rolling , Thank you for this opportunity to speek my heart ,,,, Tina Johnson

I wanted to be nice and put 1 star only because the chicken was fresh but the older lady that works the morning shift on the cash register is really rude and disrespectful she doesn’t know how to talk to people and have communication is horrible

Horrible employees. Watched cashier picking her nose as I walked up. When asked for ID I asked that she could scan it from my hand. She took offense to that and intentionally wiped her hands on every square inch of my cigarettes before handing them over. Watch out for Dawn, she'll do her best to attempt to ruin your day

I had not been in years and I won’t go back. The chicken was dried out and the biscuit was smashed flat in the smallest box they could put it in Customer service is a joke. For what the meal cost and I can’t even eat all the chicken because of how dried out it is I will not go back

The girl that makes the subs is soooo good and sweet and kind. I waited 30+ minutes because some rude lady took my order and I didn’t realize my number had been called. When I went up to ask the girl (a young black girl with long braids and glasses - I didn’t get her name!) she apologized profusely and immediately remade my order. Unfortunately I accidentally gave her the wrong order number, so she made me a BLT instead of a plain turkey sub. I brought it back to her and explained that I was so sorry that I gave the wrong order number and I am pregnant and have been craaavinggggg a rofo turkey sub and she remade it for me no problem at all. She apologized so much (even though none of it was her fault) and she was so sweet and kind, even though I witnessed multiple people be so rude and impatient with her when she wasn’t even doing anything wrong. This was around 12-2 pm on Wednesday January 31, so mid lunch rush on a weekday. There were at least 10 orders ahead of me, multiple people asking her how long it was gonna be because they had to get to work or asking her to skip people and make them first. Multiple people were so rude and ignorant to her and she remained kind and patient (I would have lost my marbles if I were her!) and even remade my order TWICE with a smile on her face even though none of it was her fault. A+++
And my fries were fresh and my sub was everything my little pregnant brain hoped for <3

How lazy to sell old, overcooked chicken. I haven’t been there in a while, and was looking forward to a decent meal. Very disappointed. Won’t make the same mistake.
