I took my sun visors to Paymer & Phillips back in early March of 2024 and I had so issues with a few things. But the owner Pete reached out to me him self and asked if I could come back in so I agreed, In doing so he said his goal was to get me happy In which he did. Bing that the car is 55yrs old he explained to me what was going on and after hearing pete out I had a better understanding of what took place. Pete agreed to redo the visors with a different binding making the visors look hundred percent better. I’m happy with that quality of the work and Pete willingness to make his customer happy.

Brought my son’s car in for leaking sunroof. While it took longer than expected to get the initial estimate, they more than made up for it with the service provided! Took care of the major leaking, replaced the headliner, as well as windshield weatherstrip, and thoroughly cleaned the upholstery and dash/console.

I had my car stolen back in August. Once I got it back the original company who did all the repairs left it full of glass shards. I was able to take it to Paymer & Phillips & from the beginning they were all incredibly kind and made it seem like my car was their first priority. They were all so efficient in getting the work done and also worked around my schedule so it was easier for me to drop it off & pick it up when it was convenient for me. I cant thank Donnie & Pete enough for all of their help! Highly recommend this shop!

I cannot heap enough praise on Paymer & Phillips for their professionalism and courteous service when replacing my broken moon roof after a freak incident. Donnie was especially considerate and kind and gave me regular updates when the auto workers strike delayed the arrival of the replacement glass. Donnie also helped me navigate the insurance process. I highly recommend Paymer & Phillips- it's rare to find a business that offers this level of service anymore.

Got the interiors of the doors done, a $600 job. They told me it would be quality work. Within a few months this started to peel away. I called and he said he can take a look if I bring it in. I said I've transferred to Texas. They don't have an affiliated shop there. It was basically Ah too bad. No apologies, no offer of remuneration. This is what their quality guarantee looks like.

Mr.Donnie is such a friendly and helpful guy. The people there are very knowledgeable and fixed my car which the dealership could not do. And they worked with my insurance company so there was little to no cost for me.

A few years ago, I had Paymer and Phillips install a sunroof in my Hyundai Sonata. When my sunroof has some difficulty closing, the employees (specifically Lori) were very helpful and professional. In the end they were able to complete all the repairs free of cost. I would highly recommend!

Over the last 2 years....1. I had crafted a bench seat for the dogs in my truck, and Paymer & Phillips installed padding and fabric to fit the contour. The dos are happy.2. Had 3rd generation kids cedar picnic table cover made to help keep the weather off the newly refinish table.3. Had a 4-camera recording system put on a work vehicle, 6 months later, had a video of a hit and run, and no more tools have been stolen out of my truck. Cameras were placed inconspicuously. Great investment.All work was great and fair prices. Nice folks too.Thanks againPatrick McTavish

I have an Infiniti G37 hardtop convertible. In putting the top back up it stopped 2 inches from closed and wouldn't budge! I tried everything in the manual, I called Infiniti (Ha!) I tried AAA, I watched YouTube videos, all to no avail.I called Paymer & Phillips and met (by phone) Donnie who said sure! I'll give it a look! So I sent it off on a flatbed, backwards so the top didn't blow off. It took about a week but the wizards at P&P, some of whom are contortionists, solved a seemingly unsolvable problem and have my top working like...well...a top! And at a very reasonable price I might add!If I could give you guys SIX stars I would!I've already sent you Peter (with the '41 Cadillac) and I'm sure you'll help him as well!

After my wedding band slipped off and fell into the crack under my instrument panel, I was panicked that I lost it for good! Luckily, I was referred to Paymer & Phillips. They were so nice and reassuring when I called. I was able to drop my car off and in under an hour they were able to find my ring under the dashboard. While I hope to never need them again to find a lost wedding ring under the dashboard, their excellent customer service guarantees I will use them again for my car and boat needs! Thank you!
